Jason was excellent and helped me switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. He stayed late because t mobile was giving me issues in releasing my line, but he came up with solutions to help me get a phone quicker. If he’s working, he’s the guy to go to, he deserves a raise!

Have stopped by AT\u0026T Marlboro office it was kind of late 7:30pm and they close at 8pm but Michael LaFaceat went above and beyond to provide great service and experience. He stayed till 9pm to ensure we understood everything and got all the needed information. Great job and thank you for you amazing service Michael.

Missy was the only person working in the Monroe Twp. store today, 03/10/23, and she helped us thoroughly and professionally with our account difficulties (making several phone calls to try to resolve our problem.) While she took care of us, she also courteously helped at least 10 other customers. She is very good at dealing with customers. Thanks to her for helping us resolve our time-consuming problem!

Long story short (very long) I tried to add a watch to my account. DISASTER. Went into the store and was helped by Nick (God bless Nick) He knew exactly what to do immediately and got to it. Fixed my problem and helped me with my account. Moral of the story is don't do anything online. Go find yourself a Nick. THANK YOU SO MUCH NICK!
