An amazing experience from start to finish. Even before I set foot in the dealership, they kept in communication, confirming the appointment several times. The morning of the appointment, they confirmed again and confirmed that the specific vehicle was still in inventory.
When I arrived, I could see that my specific vehicle was in the cute little camping and doggie display. When I told my sales rep that it was the car I wanted, she leapt into action, drove the vehicle out of the display, and got me into it for a test drive.
The negotiation process went really well. They already had the best price in the area, but once I was in front of the their desk even more $$$ came off. Shout out to Irina.
The dealership itself is so comfy, with a quiet room for waiting and working, another waiting room with TV, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea. I'm not a pet owner but was impressed by their pet area and amenities.
Service department seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The largest number of female employees I've ever seen at a dealership, in all departments, (although I didn't see the mechanics).
My great experience continued through to the Finance Office, where Nancy was clear at explaining everything, didn't push any extras on me too hard, but explained all my options in clear language and without rushing.
Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved Katie's enthusiasm down in service, as I admired her Subie ink and we laughed and compared photos of all our previous Subarus.
Hands down the best purchase experience I have had in 23 years of owning Subarus.

It was an easy and stress free experience. I wasn’t pressured to run my credit right away and Jenna was supportive and helpful as well as understood what I was looking for! This is the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I recommend anyone to Jenna she is amazing!

My wife and I stopped in on Thursday to look for a new 2025 Subaru Forester. They had a lot to choose from and we found the perfect car almost immediately. I just bought a car from Thomas on Saturday. It was a great experience and I am absolutely in love with my car! We spent four hours start to finish, including test drives and it wasn't the torture it used to be to go to the dealership. I felt the whole process was streamlined and easy. This is the worst Subaru dealer i have ever seen , in my life . They change their statements every hour .I will never ever go back to this Subaru again , in fact will never ever buy any Subaru car again in my life and will not let any family member buy Subaru again . It probably wont matter or effect either of them but just sharing my experience.
I clearly told them the issue when i visited them for oil change , they asked to come back and i did it and they kept changing the reason why they are not helping me , the reason they gave me and the reason they gave to SOA is totally different . Not trustworthy , and clearly dont want to help

Jenna was honest and patient.
Worked her best on getting me the best price on my lease. Not the typical pushy salesperson, she took her time showing me many vehicles until I found the one that fin my needs.
