Usually I associate going to a car dealer slightly better than going to. a dentist. However, such was not the case with the people from all American Subaru. They really do treat you like family. from the moment I spoke with Donna, one of the sales associates. I have felt totally comfortable. Part of it may be because their prices are posted plain to see on their website. so that you do not have to worry about haggling. They made everything ver easy for me from finance to every to every little detail - explanations of all the car functions and buttons, to having an immaculate car ready for me the morning after a snowstorm, everything. was perfect. I can highly recommend the staff at All-American Subaru. for your next car purchasing experience without hesitation. If you see Donna tell her I said hello.

My wife and I have purchased and leased our cars here for over 10 years at All American Subaru from the same salesperson, Iryna. We are very happy with the way we’ve been treated by the dealership and Iryna and will continue coming back in the future.

Overall I had a very positive experience purchasing a 2024 Subaru Outback. I inquired online/over the phone about a potential model and had a pleasant discussion with Cindy who helped set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Connor, the sales person who assisted me was fantastic. He was extremely personable and showed me all of the features on the vehicle with ease. Even after sitting down with him to discuss trading in my current vehicle and purchasing this one I did not feel pressured at all. This vehicle was a reasonable deal compared to some other dealers so I was very happy. I should warn that the person I spoke with from the finance department was extremely pushy when it came to getting additional coverage options. Even after several times of declining it she kept pushing which came off as extremely aggressive. Ultimately I understand it is the job but if I had to mention my least enjoyable portion of my experience that would be it. Overall good purchasing/trade in experience and I would definitely plan to purchase another vehicle from them in the future!

Brought my Subaru Forester in for oil change and tail light bulb. Left with $2,200 in repairs. I decided to teach myself auto mechanics so that I won't be taken advantage of ever again.

The sales people and the parts department staff are nice. However, the dealership made a decision to NOT sell you basic parts like oil filters citing parts shortage. On the other hand, you can easily buy oil filters in other local dealerships.Their discounted online parts catalog does NOT work, you will not be able to check out! If you call to inquire about parts ordering you'll end up paying MSRP+.On top of that they will nickel and dime you if you pay with a credit card.C'mon guys, you'll make up those pennies on "market adjustments" for the cars listed well above MSRP in your show room!

I have had my car, a 2019 Subaru Legacy, a gift from my brother for only a year, so was surprised "it" informed me I needed an oil change. I was in a tough spot, helping move my brother from NJ to NY. I went on line to All American, the car's home and got an appointment for the next day, surprising because my prior car needed two weeks to schedule maintenance in NY. Liz Triola was terrific, she explained that besides the oil change, I needed a few other things, I agreed because I always want my car in its best working order . She even told me how long the process would take and escorted me to through to the waiting area. She came to get me, brought the car over and made the process simple and easy. Thank you Liz and All American Subaru of Old Bridge.

Purchased our Legacy from one month ago, temporary plates expired and still have not received them in the mail after being told they would arrive 7 days ago. ??? We were told the plates were "overnight shipped" two days ago and still have received nothing nor any updates. I don't know who manages your customer service department but this is unacceptable and we will not be returning customers or refer this dealership to anyone.

I purchased my very first vehicle, a 2015 forester back in September 2014. No issues, the transaction was pretty quick. Given the fact that it's almost 8 years now, it's still in excellent condition, I would need to get an extended car warranty, just in case something might happen. I've called several dealerships, and they were the 3rd one I called.I spoke with someone in the sales/finance department. One of the first things they would ask is if you purchased your vehicle with them. I was expecting that I would have a smooth conversation. But no! This man was very rude! I told him what car I purchased from them and when I purchased it. He put me on a brief hold, and then came back on the phone and said "ma'am we don't offer warranties for vehicles that old! I can't understand what you mean by avail. I'm trying to understand what you are saying." So I said "I am trying to BUY an extended car warranty for my vehicle. " At first I thought he's just not understanding what I was trying to say, but I just realized that he is just rude when he started raising his voice. All the other dealerships offered an extended car warranty, I am just very surprised that the dealership where I purchased my vehicle (brand new) from almost 8 years ago, did not! Plus the fact that that man was trying to avoid his work responsibilities and raising his voice out of frustration just because he was probably about to get off from work.

When I called about my interest in a Subaru; they did the usual thing as all dealerships. They lead me on. My issue is they kept calling and emailing me. As a member of Costco; I am to get a special deal at this dealership. I went there after being informed I would get a Costco price. I informed them prior to trip that I live over an hour away. They still lured me in with their tactics. After my test drive, not only do I not get the COSTCO. They added $3,000 to price ( market adjustment) none of cars in my are are doing this. It was a waste of time and gas. I'm so disappointed with the fact that they are not transparent.

Would not recommend. Been talking back and forth with salesman about a Forester Sport. I driving to dealership to offer a fair deal on the car and he calls and says sorry we just sold the car you want. Translation, he's not selling to a smart buyer who wants to haggle over invoice not MSRP. He had two sports in the same Color on the lot but we couldn't make a deal. No dice. Stay away!
