I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. i bought the car from this dealership, the roof crossbar got tangled in a carwash and got detached they did not warrantied it. If I happen to put a roofbox and put let says 180lbs in it and run it on a highway that would be more disastrous as obviously the screw was only 2-3 threads in the nut. At the same day of the maintenance, my wife noticed a bump/sratch on the left front bumper when they showed us the check-in picture that portion of the picture has a reflection of the car infront and the rep Elizabeth would not do anything about it even she cant proved that the bump was not there originally.

Brought the car for tune up for planned travel was recommended maintenance services
had a car loaner,,, a video was showed on the work progress which I think is nice and the completed work was explained thoroughly

Service Department is okay. There is lack of consistency when it comes to them. Sometimes the service and customer care is spectacular and other times it's a trainwreck. Communication is heavily lacking. The Service Manager Ryan and Tech Advisor John are solid, and have great interpersonal skills with customers.
Tech Advisor Mike is just insecure and incompetent. He also uses profanity when talking about customers to his "peers." Definitely not the person you want to have behind a customer service desk (especially not the first one when you walk in). He is so horrendous and unprofessional that his colleagues have to pick up the slack for his bad attitude and lack of knowledge.

As usual everybody was very nice service was good I have one complaint and that the surcharge added to the bill. I feel after spending so much money now for oil changes of that which has been increased quite a bit why do you have to have another four dollars another generation.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
