Their prices are MUCH higher than the two stations 3 blocks away.. probably due to Shell's "Rewards" program, which gives you money off per gallon but with the higher price, you save nothing.

Lou is always prompt in answering all of your questions and provides extremely honest, quick, and reliable service. Doesn't even compare to a dealership where they often tack on items and try to get the most out of you. P.E.P Service has provided everything from brakes to a coolant repair and oil change for my vehicle. Won't go anywhere else moving forward.

Dropped off my car for a simple oil change, was done quickly and for a reasonable price. When I picked it up Lou went over the work with me. Not only do they change the oil (with a quality manufacturer filter) at that price they did a bumper to bumper inspection; tires, brakes, battery, alternator, wipers, lights... on and on. Point of the matter is for the same price as the fast lube chain places you get your car inspected and know if there are any issues that you may need to address, saving you a costly repair in the near future. You drive off knowing your safe and mechanically sound. I definitely recommend this locally owned family business.

Lou and the guys there are extremely helpful and make sure you're taken care of. They don't screw you around or overcharge for the work. Honest guys and they do great work. Don't normally leave reviews but they always do a great job so I wanted to make sure to give them a positive one!

Lou really bailed me out. Our Sienna's AC went out back in June. We got away with it because of the mild summer. We finally brought the van to the dealership at the end of July and they diagnosed that the AC compressor needed to be changed. However, the part was nationally back ordered since they can only use Toyota certified parts. It sat at the dealership for 3 weeks. I finally told them to forget it and I researched nearby trustworthy mechanics that services Toyota's and Lou and the P.E.P. Service Center floated to the top on every search. He was able to get the part in 1 day and replaced it. Unfortunately, the part was defective unbeknownst to him. He was thorough and double/triple checked the electrical lines, components etc. He was able to get another compressor and swap it out and it worked. Not only was Lou able to fix my problem in 3 days, the job cost $400 less then the 'steal-ership'. It would've only taken 1 day if it not for the defective part he received. Lou kept me updated everyday and was very apologetic. I highly recommend them!
