Incredibly rude woman in the office practically yelled at me for walking in and asking for a quote. So I asked her if they can help me and she barked back at me “not right now, it’s Monday morning… I just walked into the shop 10 minutes ago.” My apologies for walking into a business during their posted hours.

Wanted to give Procraft a shout out for excellent service. My car was damaged when someone hit it and I took it to Procraft and it was a seamless process all the way around. My car looks great and the repair came out fantastic. They even washed my car before I got it back. Highly recommended anyone to use Procraft for their auto repair needs.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

On January 5, 2022, my daughter was involved in the 30-vehicle collision on Routes 18/36 in Monmouth County, NJ as a result of black-ice conditions. She had to be taken to the hospital, so her car was left at the scene. The next day, I identified her car's location - the police had Brothers Towing & Recovery tow her car to Pro-Craft Auto Body. I called Pro-Craft and let the receptionist know I would be by shortly to pick up my daughter's car (her car had minor damage; a broken tail light and cracked rear bumper). Once at Pro-Craft, the receptionist informed me that my daughter owed $304.68, and the amount would have to be paid to recover her car. A few points: (1) Pro-Craft did NO repairs to the car. In fact, Pro-Craft did nothing but store the car for the 12-or-so hours it was there from when the car was towed to Pro-Craft to the time I picked it up; and (2) Pro-Craft is no more than 10 miles from the location where my daughter's car was towed. I paid the amount anyway (see photo of receipt) so I could retrieve the car. BOTTOM LINE: If a bloodsucking business is going to take advantage of consumers in this situation, imagine what they do to us in ordinary times. STAY AWAY.

What a great experience all around. Michelle was very helpful with me navigating having to get my car fixed, getting a rental, and getting my car back to me especially with having kids. In the future if I need any autobody work done I will definitely be returning here. A+++
