The experience I had at this Verizon was not good. The girl who helped me asked for me license to access my account then walked into the back room came out didnt say a word about my account or why I was there then asked the manager to go into the back room with her again. Very weird and suspicious. Only to tell me they couldn’t help me never explaining anything to me.
The customer service was horrible and the level of knowledge was even worse. This is world today. Sad.

Thanks to Dan for getting me up and running in less than 20 minutes after my new iPhone wouldn’t activate properly at home. Quick, professional, helpful. I appreciate that he kept my stress level at bay.

I feel compelled to add my 2 cents here. I cannot understand the poor reviews at this Verizon location. We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Well deserved recognition!

I can't express how wonderful the store is with customer service. I want to highlight the representative Antonio. He helped me so much with my phone and showed great patience with me. I will be returning to the store and I will recommend verizon to everyone!

Went into a busy store, gave the customer rep my name and within 5 minutes Henry began taking care of me. I hit the jackpot with Henry as he took great care of me explaining all my options which ended up saving me money on my monthly bill. Thank you, Henry.

I would give one star only because I was told to wait a week to buy my phone when the price was going down. The salesperson charged me twice & didn't throughly explain all options. When I went in to dispute extra charge was told by manager of store that refund was in progress & I asked to take picture of the refund & was told I couldn't. Then he pointed to his arm & said"Do you think I have something up my sleeve?" Could not believe his condescending attitude and arrogance. Needless to say I waited 3 weeks, refund was never issued & had to file a dispute with my credit card. Will never walk in this store again & beware if the reader that they are using for charges appears not to be working, that is how I got charged twice!

I had a negative experience with a couple specialists who worked here, including having one send an order for my new phone to the wrong address and a second showing near-zero willingness to listen to the lengthy comedy of errors that followed to help me activate my phone nearly a month later. If it were only for those two people, I would rate this store 1-2 stars. Phone plans/service can be complex and I understand that, but basic communication and customer service skills should not have to be.That being said, I am a glutton for punishment and a believer in humanity, so I returned to this store a third time. I prepared myself for the frustration of the previous two visits, but instead was met by the incredibly nice, professional, and communicative Oswaldo. This guy listened as I explained the intricacies of my situation, and recognized that it was a particularly complicated process due to a misdelivery and order cancellation. He was able to translate my story into the right words to get the message across to Verizon Support, and got everything fixed perfectly. Verizon could benefit from a whole lot more Oswaldos.………and fewer Dans.

My experience at this store was excellent. I usually dread dealing with Verizon but the staff was amazing . Bella is the best and the best employee of Verizon in my opinion.
