“Reserved a truck unfortunately no one was there at the time I had it reserved so I had to wait for someone to show up. They were apologetic for the wait and friendly and did not charge me for some of the extras I needed for the move, I would use them again.”
“My husband & I were back in the Jersey area to close on our townhome end of January. Reserved an SUV at this location for our drive back to NC with a 3rd passenger, so we were a little concerned about the space & luggage for our 8 hour drive back. Went to pick up the SUV and were pleasantly greeted by Audra. She was a lifesaver and was able to get us into a much larger SUV to accommodate our needs and alleviate our concerns about space. Audra was Both courteous and professional, as well as just a sweet human being. This review is long overdue, as once we arrived back to our new home in NC after a 9 hour drive, we found out a pipe had burst in our home, and flooded the entire home along with all of our belongings. We’ve been living in a hotel room since, but I just wanted to thank Audra for taking good care of us!!!”
“This place is one of the most affordable self-storage facilities in West Long Branch, NJ. There are wheelchair accessible entrances and parking spaces available. Its only downside is that there are no bathrooms available for their customers, so plan accordingly.”
“Cheryl who assisted with picking out and ordering window blinds was amazing. She calls, follows up, is courteous and very knowledgable. The solar blinds were installed yesterday and they are perfect thanks to the person she picked out for installation, William. I highly recommend shopping with her if you need window blinds.”
