Lena was Absolutely amazing , Our St Bernard Maddy was in need of a full dogo make over and she hit it out the park, super happy with how she looks, As well as the store front , Start to finish was a pleasant experience , every one was friendly and super helpful through out the process cannot recommend them enough! Maddys gonna be a customer for life!

I brought my 1 yr old Keeshond puppy here for the first time, to get groomed. She could be a little skittish and was a little nervous going in. Sam talked with me about everything she was going to do and when I picked up my pup, Sam went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and looked great! Keeshonds have a double coat and I know it took a lot of work to have her look and feel AND smell the way she did! Thank you Sam!

Can't thank Lena and the whole team at The Prince & The Pawper in Ocean, NJ! Our dog (12 yr old - Cody) has been going there for a while and a few months ago, during a routine haircut and wash...Lena noticed a small lump on Cody's backside. She recommended us to have Cody looked at by our Vet and fast forward to a few weeks later...Cody was diagnosed with Cancer from a tumor that Lena found. Cody is now 6 weeks post-surgery and has recovered and is back to his happy and healthy self. We can't thank Lena enough and highly recommend The Prince & The Pawper...they care about their pet family!

I had an issue with the the ocean store, owner called me back immediately and made room for me in manalapan township location same day… went from being upset never wanting anything to do with this place to being satisfied and happy. This is a business that truly cares about their clients. I will be back in the future. Thank you.

Lena is a miracle worker! Our doodle is 3 yo and has always been anxious before and after grooming.. until today! Our dog was so happy when she walked out into the store, looking back at Lena who groomed her, taking treats from the lovely owner, Gail, and wagging her tail. We are so grateful for their patience, kindness, and attention to detail. Our dog looks beautiful too! Thank you again!

My grandpuppy came home so clean and shiny!! It was her first grooming appointment. I usually bathe her at home but wanted her to get a thorough and professional cleaning. She is only a 6 months old energetic pit corso but the staff did an amazing job taking care of her and making her so pretty (and tired). The treats that we bought were so cute and my girl seemed to REALLY enjoy them. We also purchased a new collar that was affordable and good quality. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of things in the shop. We will definitely be visiting again.

If you aren't getting your dog groomed by Sam - you are doing your dog a disservice. Sam, Linda and the gang have been our groomers of choice for our pups for the last few years since the day we met. Do your dog a favor and call and see when Sam has availability!

I started taking my dogs here recently to get groomed. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area, but I am willing to go out of my way to come to this store for grooming. I had my girls cut by Alyssa twice now, and she is great! My one dog is a rescue, and the other has extreme anxiety issues, and they were very patient with my girls. While the location may be a little bit far for me, it is more important that I know my babies are in good hands and treated good. Since they can’t speak, I only feel comfortable, taking them to a groomer, with extraordinary care and patience, and I have found that with Alyssa!! This is a family, operated business, and all of the employees are really great. They also have the cutest toys/accessories!!!

Excellent customer service and excellent grooming services...I had a hard time finding a place that I trusted with my dog until I came here. I found the owner and the staff to be very accommodating and professional. I get very cute accessories here for my dog as well. Phenomenal place to come if you have a dog!!!

Terrible. Spoke rudely to my wife and threatened to make her pay in advance.My wife tried calling back to let them know she couldn’t make it, they were nasty and said it was too late to cancel. My wife made it late so they refused service, even though she explained she was going to have trouble making it on time. They told her she would have to pay in advance next time which is incredibly insensitive, due to the fact that my wife communicated she was having trouble arriving. They only care about their financial security.
