Furniture bought June 2023. Drawer in sofa when open drawer fell apart. Paid $150. For insurance. Emailed insurance…. No response. Store got a drawer for me, picked up brought home this drawer broken also.We would’ve done better at Big Lots. The furniture is falling apart, uncomfortable. My family is grown and out of the house, just the 2 of us. Shop around, may save money now, but less than a year later you will be looking again for furniture, not worth it at all.

Great selection, great prices, but what stood out the most was their excellent customer service. The salesman, Sam, was as professional as you can be. On delivery day, which was the day after purchase, i got called into work so I called the store to possibly get the day changed. They told me they’ll make sure I have it before I had to leave, which they did with plenty of time to spare. I definitely recommend.

Great selection of furniture and quality. Most importantly the customer service is outstanding. I needed a bureau same day and they had it in stock and delivered to me within 5 hours! Very reasonable prices also. Highly recommend!

This furniture store is the BEST!!! Owner, Mike is an exceptional businessman with professionalism, patience, helpfulness, quality furniture, and AMAZING prices!!!What I admire about him, is that he makes sure that his customers are satisfied and leaving his store happy!!! Not only does he make sure that you are satisfied, but he's very engaging, which makes your shopping experience feel more like your shopping from a family member, because he shows that he cares! It's not all about getting a sale.Hence the reason why, I keep on coming back to buy more, more, and more!!!

The owner Mike is a great person to have wait on you. I loved all the furniture , found great items I could take home right then. Prices are great , I highly recommend, I had such a great experience. I am going back soon to see what other items I can find.

This place is the best. Love my new dresser, desk and bed set. Beverly and the team were so patient and friendly throughout our indecisive selection process! The delivery was on time and the guys put everything together in a snap. I love the bed!!! I'll definitely be using them again.

Nice furniture, some is a little pricey but Michael was willing to talk about some deals when going with my sister-in-law to look for furniture. The star of this establishment is Beverly. She was wonderful, kind, never felt rushed, and helped us every step of the way. If Beverly is not upper management there she should be. Thank you Beverly for all your help

Staff is really nice ...delivery was 75 dollars for delivery of 2 dressers 3 miles away. When the delivery driver arrived charge an extra 50 dollars to bring up the 2 dressers to bedroom 12 steps.

We had such a GREAT experience shopping here! Our dining room set is beautiful and is very good quality. Each person I worked/spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was convenient. Great value, great service, can't say enough praise for Michael and Scott! We'll definitely be shopping here again.

Scott was phenomenal! I told him my price range and what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I wanted! This store has a lot of great quality furniture at reasonable prices. I honestly had no idea it was here until my brother showed me and I'm so glad he did. Out of all the stores I went to, this place was the best! I cannot recommend enough!

Wow, bought 3 peice couch , went and sat on floor model seemed Comfortable,However a year later loaded with bugs,and I believe a big difference from model that was DeliveredMy advice you get what you pay for!!

I purchase a dinning room set months ago and upon of receiving it everything was mess-up from the arm's broken on the chairs to the table NOT having the right parts!!!! Nor, have I receive the WHITE GLOVE treatment that I paid for!!!! This is very UNPROFESSIONAL and I will not be doing with them again. Nor, will I recommend them to ANYONE !!!!!

I would give zero but the site won't let me! Buyer be ware, we spent nearly $1000 on a two peice Lane love seat and small couch set. The arm quickly broke on the couch. Scott at This place did nothing but complain how bad Lane is. Bottom line, Lane says warranty is responsibility of the seller, the Home Warehouse ( Scott ) offered us $100! What a joke . Never again...
