The movers were very nice and efficient. However, hey dropped my 65" OLED TV and shattered the screen. I bought it for $2000 2 years ago. They apologized profusely and said "our boss we'll get you back" multiple times. This happened early on. My wife and I stayed calm and didn't get mad. We treated them very well still and I even drove and got one of the gentlemen lunch. We still tipped well hoping karma and what the movers told us would be kind to us. Unfortunately, while the owner did pay extra he only paid $450. The annoying part is he asked what brand it was and size, but the number was clearly already in his head. Insurance is only $1 per pound per item so they wouldn've only given proably $60 if we went through them. We didn't get the extra insurance but let's be honest insurance would have taken "depreciative value" into consideration and after the extra pay we probably wouldv'e received a similar number. I understand technically he didn't have to give us anything for the TV, but we thought since we were kind and considerate he'd at least meet us halfway at $1000 or something similar. To replace the TV now would be about $1600 so essentially I'm out over $1000. Long story short, move your own expensive electronics. A dent to a piece of furniture can be fixed but electronics your screwed.

Teachers Movers were great. Prompt responses to questions, cost was comparable to others. Their team in the office and in the home(s) set them apart. Andre was outstanding and had his team moving and un/loading efficiently, carefully and quickly. Out of state moves can be stressful. Teachers made moving day and new house day far less stressful. Highly recommend.

I recently moved on Friday a holiday weekend and the crew that was sent to move me were extremely efficient,super friendly and very helpful . I was very exhausted and stressed and they made my stressful day better . Andre and his crew were the best ..I would highly recommend Teachers moving inc .

We Called and asked cost to move a paint. They immediately quoted me and moved the paint the next morning. Priced correctly and excellent service.

They've helped us with three or four moves at this point and their costs are fair they're folks are professional and diligent and generally very careful we've had a good experience overall and I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers in the area

Teachers Moving did a great job on a recent small move (1 bedroom from a 2nd-floor condo to an assisted living facility). Friendly and professional staff via phone and email to setup and schedule the move. Fair price. The movers themselves were on time, polite, careful and courteous. I would absolutely recommend these folks based on my experience.

Amazing moving company. Had to move my in-laws big furniture on short notice and Teachers Moving came to the rescue. Everything was smooth and completed right on time. Thank you and will be using again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Teachers! They were very responsive, returned my calls quickly, and were very personable. The price was lower than other quotes I received from reputable companies in the area. They arrived exactly on time, and the two men were fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble for them to pack or move! They even unrolled our area rugs and placed them carefully where they needed to go, and rotated one so that the colors would show up better! They carefully packed sensitive computer equipment and transported with upmost care. At the end of the day, this is they only moving company I would use in the future.

Never used any of their services but the owner allows their employees to come in to peoples houses without your permission trespassing and taking things out of their house then when I called he hang up and said he has to go back to work so I will be Contacting corporate

We used Teacher's last month for a move from Ocean Township to Holmdel. They did an amazing job. Three floors worth of furniture and a lot of boxes. Two trucks, five guys and a very swift and well organized move.

I found no fault in the service I got from Teachers Moving Inc a few years ago. The managers were very responsive, and communicated well - something I appreciated during that difficult time in my life (I was moving half of the contents of a 4-bedroom, 2 story home by myself.) I had many concerns about the process and had difficulty finding a storage where I was moving; it was a cliffhanger - I was following the trucks to another state, not knowing if we would get storage space there. Storage companies would not accept reservations. But the Teachers movers took it all in stride and we were lucky to unload everything on the same day. They were very professional and organized. Nothing broken or lost. Detail: I could not find the key to my sewing machine cabinet because I forgot to remove it; Lo, and behold, it had been taped by the workers to the back side of the cabinet. It was an indication of how professional and mindful this company's workers are. Above all, their rates were very reasonable and allowed me to tip the men quite generously. Sorry, this review is late, but the service is simply unforgettable. So here it is , and wishing Teachers Moving continued success.
