Ordered almost $300 of mixers for a party the night before. Chose the 7am-11am delivery window...
First delay they pushed to 11am to 12 noon
Second delay they tried to move 1pm -2pm window..
I called to cancel.. they told me the shoppers accept the orders, sit on it, then cancel it, so they have to wait for another driver to pick it up.. Shift is a bullshipt business model
TARGET.. Do better.

Love Target. I’m glad they are fed up with all the loser thieves and made the right changes. Go to Walmart if you wanna complain. It’ll be a much better place for us!

Self checkout is closed and it's a waste a time to go here now if you just wanna buy a few things. You're better off going to Walmart up the road where self checkout is still open and things are cheaper anyways. Really poor decision by Target corporate.

Am a regular shopper at this location. Maybe not anymore. 10 am on a Saturday morning, if you are going to close your self service registers, you NEED to have more than 2 registers open. At least 10 shoppers in each line. This is absolute disrespect towards your customers time. Awful and unforgivable business practice.

Target is really price gouging customers. I purchased a product (Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega 2x, 60 softgels) at the Wall, NJ location on Feb 4, 2024 for $25. The price today, a little over a month later, went up $10. It is now $35. A 40% price increase! Target - you should be ashamed!

friendly service, clean store and the staff always seem happy to help. You'll always see them working hard to keep the store organized and clean and it really shows.

Target improved a lot over the years and I like this store but purchased a defective tablet and returned it in the store and now 48 hours later credit still didn't hit my account (debit card.) This is not the first time this has happened and waiting on a credit of almost $400 and trying to use my card at another store created an embarrassing situation. I don't know why Target can't be like Macy's and Walmart, the credits there go through right away. Target is like DSW, you get the receipt showing a credit but it won't hit your account for a few days and this makes no sense. The CS dept at both companies blame it on my bank but how could it be that other stores go right away and Target and DSW ALWAYS take a long time????

This store Ocean location) treats their customers like trash! I would give them 0 stars for this trip! They treat their customers like criminals! If you dont trust your customers to use self check out then dont offer it! I had a cart full of paper towels, towel paper etc! Spent around $120! Security guard literally followed me from check out to the front dooor as I was exiting asking to see my receipt! Then proceeded to check my items! No one else was stopped except me! Do better target!

This Target has greatly improved over the years. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. The newest layout and design of the store is very nice. The store is brightly lit and it is easy to find what you are looking for.
