Sunset Florist did an amazing job with the arrangement they put together for our Aunt Verna! We're from out of state but wanted to use a florist local to her... Sunset Florist put together an amazing arrangement and delivered it the next day... Definitely going to be our go to florist in the area from now on! Strongly recommend!

Sunset Florist is an incredibly amazing full service floral shop. The customer service is impeccable, quality of flowers is superb, and the arrangements are creative and absolutely beautiful. I’m so very impressed with every aspect of their operation. Highly highly recommend!!

Never really went to this place before they changed owners. Came here for Mothers Day and said I wanted two bouquet’s
(one for my Mom and one for my wife). The older woman behind the counter asked how much I wanted to spend. I said $100 total ($50 for each). When I went to pick them up later that day, I was really surprised how small the arrangement was. I guess I’m spoiled because I typically go to Costco. I figured since they just opened up, I’d give them a shot. Unfortunately, I will never go back again. This review is only for the money I spent and how very little I received. Everyone was nice inside the store and they prepared the arrangement quickly. I noticed another man outside (who just picked up his arrangement) was muttering to himself standing outside his car. I immediately asked him if he was happy with his purchase and he said absolutely not. This validated to me that I was not the only one who felt this way since someone who just picked up his flowers was also unhappy. I wish them success but I’ll be going back to Costco.

Love love LOVE Sunset Florist. The team was super helpful, kind, prompt, very communicative. I had a tight deadline and needed a specific flower that no one else could help me with– except for Sunset Florist! So thankful for them and will definitely be returning as a customer.

Called the day before Christmas Eve and Joe was so helpful. He got what I needed delivered so quickly to my family who was so happy and pleased with the centerpiece that came to have on their table for Christmas dinner. Joe even called me and my family just to make sure delivery was a breeze! Thanks sunset florist. Great business!

The flowers were fresh but definitely not what one would expect for a 10 year anniversary. I called to clarify the order had been placed correctly and was told that's what they had in stock for a last minute order. That my order had been placed as a "summer vase", when I said my husband would never use those words he said that's what they had determined they should order. How does 10 year anniversary translate to "summer vase". All I can say is be very specific when you call. Nothing screams romance like sunflowers and gladiolas. I think those are pink daisies. I'd give them less stars but I genuinely try not to hurt small businesses. This was just an absolute miss and wanted to give other people who may order from them this info so that they can be very specific as to what they want.

Sunset florist has always done a great job delivering magnificent flowers to my mother who lives close by. I grew up nearby as well but live on the West Coast now and love having someone I can reach out to back home to take care of my Mom. I always get the same great people on the telephone, and put my trust in them to put together something nice. They always come through with amazing arrangements.

I would heartily recommend Sunset Florists to everyone looking for warm personalized service.We just had our anniversary and I called to get suggestions within my budget.The arrangement they delivered was beautiful. The delivery was next day and cordial and friendly.

ZERO STARS.HORRIBLE FLORIST!!!!!!!!!! So I just got off the phone with sunset florist to have a 2 dozen red roses bouquet to be delivered to my wife literally 4 blocks from them . She went to ask someone and then came back and said he doesn't feel like delivering them there tomorrow. Why say u deliver if u only pick and choose who and where u will deliver to. Ridiculous. I would have gave them ZERO stars if I could. Just horrible customer service all around.
