I went in and bought a product they recommended. When I didn’t like the first one, I asked if I could return the second one that was unopened and I had literally just purchased. They told me all sales were final, even though I just wanted to exchange it. The guy couldn’t even do it without hiding under his hat. I had to ask him to look me in the eye.

The absolute best vape store. They helped me with an issue I was having with my tank. Justin was extremely helpful, and really went out of his way to rectify my situation. I highly recommend this store.

Best shop in the state! Update its been over a year since I originally rated this store and now its even better id give it 6 stars if possible the employees feel like family its a very professional store and its easily the best one in the state! Def go check them out!!! Update 2. The store gets better everytime you go back!! Best shop in the state!! As time passes i update this review and Its only gotten better the store is a model of great business. UPDATE. As time passes and I go back to this shop it just gets better and better.

Awesome place! 5 stars all the way. The staff is top notch. They know their stuff. Always friendly and very personable! Never hassled! Place has a great feel to it. Nice layout. Definitely will be going there often! Go and see for yourself! Again, staff is great!!! Rich is awesome! He's the man!!! Knows his stuff!!

Bought my first real vape there, quit smoking cigarettes since mid December. They only thing I find to be a hassle is how far away the juice section is to the customer to where you can't see what any of it is. So basically have to hold up whoever is behind you who actually knows what they want. Maybe a print out of every flavor that's available?

I meant to write this review 2 weeks ago, but don’t worry I haven’t forgotten!I was in a pinch looking for coils. The kind I usually purchase seem to be on back order everywhere and I was leaving for vacation the next morning. After a couple days of calling and visiting different vape shops, (and employees looking at me like I have two heads) I contacted Sunny Vapes by telephone. Marcus said my coils were indeed on back order but kept me on the phone as he sought a solution. With his thorough product knowledge, he went online to do some research and helped me find a different brand of coils that would be compatible with my vape. I told him I would be there in 20 minutes and he had everything ready to go for me when I arrived.The fact that he took the time to help me with such a small issue and made me feel like my business was greatly appreciated is why I will continue to drive 20+ minutes to give them my business and refer them to anyone I know.

Went here a week ago for the first time , such a great place! The staff took their time in helping me find new juices , giving their recommendations and for someone who is indecisive it helped a lot. Good vibes , good products, and they don’t push products just because of the price. Which I really like. Definitly recommend !

Love this Vape shop. The owner and the Staff Especially Mike are super friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Great mods and juices.They have a customer rewards program as well for future discounts. I will most definitely continue to frequent this shop.

Best vape shop on the planet! Staff knows everything that you need to know about vaping regardless if you’re a first timer or a veteran. Every experience that I’ve had at Sunny Vapes has been very positive. They don’t just try to sell you products, they take the time to talk with you in order to steer you in the right direction, which is extremely important to me. Very clean and well organized shop. They have a lot of awesome selections, probably the most stocked vape store I’ve ever been to. Michael helped me pick out a new vape and juice, he was very knowledgeable on the products and I absolutely love it! I will definitely be returning for future purchases.
