I asked for assistance when the copy machine I was using broke down, (which happens every time i go to mske copies), and the employee helped but made it clear that he wasn't happy.
The copy area was filthy with oily finger prints on the screens, and dirt all over the work table...gross!

Went to the copy and print area of the store in order to turn a blueprint into a PDF. And the service was incredibly friendly, quick and helpful. Has he even helped me get a stick to purchase to put it on as i Left mine at home. This store is incredibly friendly. And service-oriented and I highly recommend them one of the best Staples in the area.

I'm giving this staples a 5 because of Nick in the customers service department (2/12/24) helped me with a delivery. He did not hesitate to go above and beyond and got me in and out. He enjoys his job!!! The young man at the cash register was pleasant as well. Thank you.

On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, I placed a print order online around 2:20pm. At 5:40pm I arrived the store. There were 2 people ahead of me, but I did not mind waiting because he seemed to really listen and under customer needs. When my turn came customers tgat he was previously came back to the service desk. Due to his dedication to great customer service, he went to help them and asked another associate to assist me. Now it's a few minutes after 6pm. The associate told me my order was not ready. I asked him if it was possible for him to process my order it was only 6 pages that needed to be printed. He told me that he would completed it at 9pm. I asked what time does the store closes at 9pm. He told me that I could pick it up tomorrow morning. I asked if I could bring in my memory stick and print it from the computer. He seemed to not know what I was asking. I left the store around 6:15pm frustrated and annoyed. When I arrived home (8 miles from store) I checked my email and had received an email at 6:31pm informing me that my order was ready to be picked up. Is this a joke? Needless to say I printed my documents at another location.

I had a simple print job of my resume. I came to the counter and 3 employees ignored me but proceeded to laugh amongst themselves and make sexist jokes. A man walked up and was greeted right away. Finally got my order only to come home and find out they printed the wrong number of copies. I called and the manager John did not even apologize or offer me any coupon, although I asked. So I have to drive back there. Inconvenient. Overpriced. The library will do a better job next time. Rude and unprofessional people.
