We bought our Chevy Bolt here and the Sales team was awesome, including Pat who sold us our car ,5 stars. Unfortunately the Service team is HORRENDOUS and has left a bad taste in our mouth. They refused to update our cars infotainment system saying it was up to date. I even did the service reps job for him and provided him the TSB that states it fixes the issue we were having and still refused. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced after spending so much money on a product. The few times we have been there they all have attitudes and are demeaning. Will be reaching out to the corporate office to let them know the kind of circus that's being run out of the service op here. I think they need to clean house.

O' Wow. What ever happened to Seacoast Chevrolet. The whole entire team, is undermining the business. They let people walk the lot looking for prices of the inventory. And they let them walk away. Especially after entering and asking for a specific truck. And we got blown away. We've noticed 3 customers doing the same. Driving away without a new vehicle. So sad. How times have changed. ?♂️

Wonderful experience. I came in to buy a new car and the process was so simple. I was in and out with an amazing new vehicle within 40 minutes. The GM Pat Catena was a pleasure to deal with and took care of everything for me. My sales person Fred was great also. I definitely recommend you come visit. .

Brought my truck in for AC problems and they tried to screw me over you can hear the clutch squealing but the best deal I got was 1500 in parts price. Took it to another shop 550 my clutch and AC works great stay away from dealers if u really can there only out for themselves this is my second experience...this dealership is not too concerned on people wishes nor thoughts

Dealt with Rich over the phone, very professional and courteous. Dealt with Joe in person, great guy. Very transparent, and got me the deal I wanted on the truck I wanted. I live almost two hours away, and would not hesitate going back.

Poor customer service. Waste of time. Reached out to get information regarding a lease deal they had advertised. Asked the same question 3 times about specific lease terms and costs. Ashley Garcia just kept saying there were MV costs and doc fees but did not provide any useful information or actual numbers regarding the lease terms or costs even after asking 3 times. Waste of time, will purchase somewhere else.

Began our conversation with Pat before we came in. He was really helpful showing us available models and inventory. Have had two Traverse leases with Seacoast prior and Pat has helped us both times. Ended up deciding on a beautiful 2024 Tahoe this time around. Document signing and financial portion with Walter was efficient and well explained. Our experience was very positive overall.
