I bought a used pickup Chevy Silverado Classic short bed, on October 29th, my salesman Dillon , I thought did a good job. While we were doing the paperwork Dillon had the truck washed. When I got in to show my daughter we realized the owner's manual was missing. It did not have any previous customer names or addresses in it. Just a stock owners manual. Dillion assured me he would get one and send it to me with the Tags. I had to call when the temporary tag's expired. Dillon told me the tags and owners manual were there and would send them out ASAP. Tags showed up about a week later and no owners manual. I called Dillon he said he didn't know why they didn't send it he would check on it and get back to me asap. I still haven't heard from him and it's been 2 weeks. If you make an agreement and shake a customers hand , stand by your word. If this was a big problem how would you handle that? I'm very frustrated. I have read all the Bad reviews this dealership has had. So my best guess is that I will not hear anything from them. If you read this before doing business with them, BEWARE they do not respond to voicemail messages. Their word /reputation means nothing to them. Very Disappointing dealing with their dishonorable business.

I like my mechanic but bolt was left off 1 of my tires. And I paid 1100.00 for service. Don't think I'm going back .

They sold my daughter a Jeep that needs a new engine, with her still paying a car payment, and no solution other than for her to pay thousands down on a new car and take on huge payments. After selling her this car that she put only 12K on in a year that now needs a new engine, they refuse to do right by her. We gave them many chances to be decent, yet, they are nasty and dismissive. Stay away from any/all used cars here. She paid $13K for a Jeep that needs a new engine now a year later, and they could not care less.

Waited 2 hours for a 30 minute job and it still wasn't done. Left discussed. If they didn't have the part I'd go somewhere else. Only efficient guy there is Nick who was on vacation

My girlfriend was looking to get a new car and trade her in. She has had a lot on her plate recently and got some bad news so she had been crying all day and it made her nose stuffed up. She calls them to ask about pricing on trading in her car because she wanted to be productive and get something done and the dude on the line told her "are you sick?" She says no and he goes "well you sound sick don't come in here." And hangs up on her. She has tried calling back multiple times to try to talk to a manager but they keep hanging up on her. I don't know if it's because she has an accent so maybe that's it but I feel so bad for her. I never leave bad reviews and I'm not a Karen but I've never seen such a lack of professionalism or just blatant rudeness to some poor girl who just wants some help trading in her car. I've also noticed I'm other reviews it seems to be only women having this problem with this place which doesn't seem like a good pattern. "My wife was disrespected" "my daughter" "my girlfriend" "I was" is all I see.

I have renewed my second lease when Mr. Anthony used to be the sales associate. Two days ago we received a ticket from freehold police because the registrations was not renewed. What I understood the dealership is responsible for any dmv paperwork during the length of the lease contract. This new manager Brian was very unhelpful and he told me that they were not responsible for the dmv registration renewal but the receptionist she was helpful by giving me the number of the lease and other information. Mr. Brian told us to pay $101.00 for the renewal. Since Anthony and the previous manager Mr. Drew left I will not recommend anyone to do any business with this dealership. After I pay the registration renewal we will not be leasing anymore from this dealership.

Dillon was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Very nice and respectful. He was awesome! can't say enough good things about him. He even stayed late to finish everything up.

Had a wonderful experience with Dillion. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He gave me time and space to make a decision, which is why I ultimately ended up buying my car from him.
