Ryan's did a superb job on my car, which needed some cosmetic work. Thanks to Howard, who is so personable, honest and knowledgeable, and Jim for his guidance and patience in answering all of my questions. The work space is immaculate, and you really feel taken care of here. Thanks again, guys! ☺️

Went to Ryan's AutoBody. My car had scratches from hitting side of garage. I thought I would need to replace bumper and fender. Ryan's AutoBody was able to buff it out. They didn't try to make me get it repaired. Very honest people. Would highly recommend.

Took my brand new 2023 Jeep Gladiator to Ryan’s after being rear ended. I’m a 32 year BMW Master Technician and am highly particular about my vehicles. Ryan’s knocked it out the park with this repair. From the initial estimate to delivery James made this a positive experience out of a bad situation. James was excellent at keeping me informed on status of repair, which is a rarity in the automotive repair buisness. Hopefully I won’t need their services in the future but it’s good to know I have some place to go I can have confidence in.

I cannot thank James and the staff at Ryan's Auto Body for the quality/professional service they provided on the repair of our 2017 Audi Q5. I would not hesitate to recommend, refer friends and family members to their shop.THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Their customer service is terrible! I brought my car in and without evening getting out of his seat the gray haired man looked at it and said that in his “professional opinion” the car should be totaled. I asked him if he could put it on the lift and he would not do it. Then another worker stated that they are “behind 2 workers”. I was willing to wait as long as it took. Eventually I brought it to another shop and they were happy to fix it and it’s driving beautifully again!

I don't write many reviews, but I do when there is exceptional service and work, such as my many experiences with Ryan's Auto Body. When you have a big family and lots of drivers there is unfortunately no shortage of fenders benders, dings, etc. So I do consider myself to be an expert customer to the auto body repair industry. Every single car we have brought to Ryan's comes back mint. There is fine attention to the details of the car, great service, and sometimes I wonder if a magician is fixing these cars. Very happy with their work and highly reccomend.Service: Body & Trim

I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to, my wife and I have a teenager that learned how to drive by banging into things first. Howard and his crew have always communicated exactly what we should expect and exactly what it will cost. I had previously reviewed Ryan's Auto Body but my review was gone, is the owner getting negative reviews removed? I did give them a 4, now giving a 2.I brought my Mustang in after getting rear ended and pushed into a pickup in front of me. I had a lot of damage. After many months waiting for parts to come in, I had to source my own used muffler (not Ryan's Auto Body's fault) and get it installed myself as Ryan's couldn't source a new one themselves. Not the greatest experience (make me sign a waiver that you won't warranty to the used muffler instead of making me jump through hoops).After all said and done 9 months after my accident I finally got my car back and it looked great, Ryan's did a great job. For quality of repair I'd give them 5 stars. Their customer service is abysmal though. Constantly had to ask for updates even though I signed up for emailed updates. Also the muffler thing, they won't adjust the muffler now that I have a bumper that's not smashed up anymore. So I have to go back to the original installer just to get my left muffler moved over an inch. Lastly with the recent heat wave I had to use my AC for the first time since I got it back and it slowly started blowing hot air. As part of the repair the compressor needed fixing but it was working when I brought it in. Now that I got it back, it's not and they're claiming they didn't do anything to affect it. It can either be a slow leak or they forgot to put in refrigerant the first time. If it's not a slow leak I'll update my review and stars to reflect it, but if not I need to go somewhere else to get a job fixed that Ryan's screwed up. Wouldn't come back again.Let's see if my review stays this time. Screenshotting it for proof this time.
