OCEAN BATH & KTICHEN - BAD PRODUCT BUT "YOU'LL GET USED TO IT"In renovating our kitchen, we used Ocean Bath and Kitchen to provide custom cabinets and they subcontracted with CZ Tops to provide the countertops.CABINETS - while the salesperson did an adequate job of placing the order for the custom cabinets that WE designed, he mis-sized one of the cabinets leaving a gap under a window that looks sloppy/tacky and the majority of the drawers were so badly painted that they will need to be replaced.COUNTERTOPS - the quartz countertops do not match. Craig of CZ Tops attempted to install countertops from different dye lots and when I pushed back, the salesperson at Ocean Bath and Kitchen told us to "wait and see and that we would be happy". When the counters were installed, the salesperson said they looked bad but that "you'll get used to it". The installer said they looked bad but "it's hard to do a large counter well" and said their primary focus was on the U Shaped counter and that they used leftover pieces for the other areas.We paid a lot of money for the cabinets and countertops and the entire job looks sloppy and cheap.

My contractor recommended Ocean Bath and Kitchen but I was skeptical of paying more than Home Depot prices. My house is 120 years old and filled with wonderful odd angles. Josh was extremely patient and worked with me to find the perfect fit for my spaces. He also coordinated delivery perfectly with my contractor. Very pleased with the whole process and it was worth every penny to get the quality and exactly what I wanted.

My wife wanted new bathroom vanities for our two bathrooms. After visiting a variety of stores we went to Ocean Bath. No one beat their selection of styles and colors. The knowledge and patience that the owner Josh treated us with made our experience rewarding. We also appreciated the suggestion of Josh's professional designer John who gave us suggestions on how to finish the decorative trim which made the final product look great.

Great experience working with them. Josh was very knowledgeable in the products and answered all our questions. Items were In stock and installed in a day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Josh for everything, very happy with our purchase

Josh saved the day for my primary bath renovation. He is fluent in all the options and styles and top quality brands. He understood what we needed and worked hard to source the items. The showroom is great inspiration and it’s just a small percent of what is available - all quality, special materials. Highly recommend.

I have spent a lot of time in this store looking for components for a bathroom redesign. Josh has taken the time to walk us through the selection process and the time to determine which bathtub features are needed (bubbles, etc.). He is very responsive (email works fine for both of us). His pricing is competitive and we made the purchase yesterday. This business does not do any construction work, so the two reviews that say the contractor business is bad are obviously about a different company.

Avoid this contractor!!! Salesman "Charlie" does a perfect job of over promising but severely under delivers. Unfortunately he already has your money. Absentee owners are not available to supervise work or salespeople. Will not respond until litigation starts and then tells his attorney he has sold the business so he has leverage for refund. However never sells and moves on to the next victim.

I must have looked "poor" because I wasn't even acknowledged while waiting for help. I have 2 bathrooms to redesign and ended up walking out.
