So I went to GameStop to get an Xbox but it didn't end up turning on so l came back and I saw a guy name Brandon and he explained to me everything about the policy's really well to ensure the customer will get a full refund, and every other GameStop I called said there are no other Xbox series S or X in stock in New Jersey not my man's Brandon though he told us every other was lying to but his store he told us he got it ready for us and we walked in expecting only to spend 500 we ending spending 700 he is that much of good sales men.
Moral of the story Brandon is the best employee and you should only go when Brandon is there, call in advance to see if he is there find his work schedule cause ain't no one works as hard as my man's Brandon.

I brought my consul in because I was having issues with it and my man Justin took care of me. I would recommend the store to everyone. I meet if you need a game system if you need anything, Justin Brandon and Rich were the guys that helped me out the best. I appreciate GameStop in Ocean Township so much thanks.

I didnt want to bring up problems but there was roaches crawling all over the store last time I shopped and the 2 workers were very nice and told me management would take care of it asap when I questioned the issue
This time I brought My kid back in to look at switch games figuring they’d have taken care of the issue and he had a coughing fit, parts of the ceiling were missing and there was dust all around the store that looked like spores
I felt so bad as the gentleman that tried to help us shop was very nice but looked very depressed, my family used to shop here very often but it doesn’t seem the people taking care of it care anymore.
Seems like a toxic place to shop, and I was so upset because after months of good grades I just wanted to bring my child back to gamestop to get a new game :(
I hope they can take care of it soon as I’d love to come back but it seems hazardous to everyone

Sign says they open at 12. They are still not open at 12:18. It's raining out as well. If there is a time they open why are they not open on tome?

One star not cause staff who are awesome but because of their policies for returns as u get a week to hope ur controler don't break. Better getting it at Walmart or target when u can return whenever

I usually come here often but idk wat is going on today, website says they will be open at 11 then i get here and it says 12! Waiting outside just for the employee to.come out 20 min later to say sorry i have to go to the bank!

Just had a great experience with Chris M. He took time out to help me understanding the gamestop points system and helped me buy some pre-owned games I've had my eye on. Great customer service skills, super personable. I'll come back to this store simply because of that. Give him a raise asap!

The Ocean NJ store by Seaview Square Mall sold my son a game with a scratch which would not download. A degenrate named "TJ" whom I found out is really Tyler, per Chris who had just come on shift, gave my son his $73 in items purchased, without the receipt. An hour later he returned to the store and asked for an exchange since he was sold a defective item, mind you, I purchased the PS4 gaming system for him a couple nights earlier and spent HUNDREDS between it and warranties for the system and the game I bought him. I asked for a manager's name, they refused. I messaged privately, the person responding refused to give me a manager's name or when one wold be in, other than "tomorrow". I asked Chris if he could have the manager call me or my son and he declined. It's coming! ? I have calls out and I refuse to use the 800-joke-line.
