Was using a company to pickup, wash, fold and deliver my laundry, something changed with them so I was contacted by pat at fluff n fold, so I tried them and the other company. I at that point was so much happier with fluff n fold that now I'm a regular weekly client. They are fantastic and the owner is wonderful. If you want fantastic service at a great price, go no further. FLUFF N FOLD.

Fluff and fold consistently provides wonderful service that shows they care about their customers. They have specifically helped me TWICE when I forgot to put out my own laundry for pick up and they went above and beyond to help me get it done. I would highly recommend their pick up and delivery service to anyone who asked.

This service and the people here are just the absolute best! Doing and folding my laundry is truly the bain of my existence so I am soooo glad I found them. They will come all the way upstairs to my apartment to pick it up and the drop-off is always the next day which is so convenient. I loveeeeee this place Highly recommend!

Started a new job on Tuesday that requires me to wear dress pants and button downs. It’s been quite some time since I’ve had to wear my dress clothes for work, so wanting to ensure that I looked nice and had plenty of clothes for the week ahead I decided to get all of my clothes dry cleaned. I dropped them off last Saturday and I was told that they would be ready by Monday at 5pm. I called yesterday and they told me that they wouldn’t have agreed to that because dry cleaning takes 3 days. Well Monday 5pm is literally printed on the ticket that you gave me I didn’t write the thing! So not having clothes for work I went out and bought new clothes for Tuesday as they assured me that my clothes would be ready today. I got home from work and hadn’t received an update, called several times and got no answer. I drove over and was told that they’re not ready and won’t be until at least tomorrow. I literally just want the dirty clothes back so I can wash them myself at this point and not have to buy more but was told they’re at another facility so they can’t give them to me. Mistakes happen but communication is key, I made it very clear when I dropped them off Saturday that I needed them for work on Tuesday. If that timeframe wasn’t doable that should’ve been made clear to me as I wouldn’t have left all of the clothes there. To top it off it’s not exactly inexpensive. Provided I actually get my clothes back tomorrow that will be the last time I go to a fluff and fold.Only positive the ladies that work there are super friendly.

I brought my queen size comforter to Fluff and Fold in Ocean Township on Route 35 to have it cleaned. I could not be happier with how beautifully it came out. It smelled so clean, felt luxurious and the cost was just fine. The people working there could not have been nicer. I recommend them highly!

Disappointing. I was a loyal customer who saved a "Fluff and Fold" card with money on it for over 3 years THROUGH THE PANDEMIC and finally stopped in today intending to use the card to do laundry. The attendant refused to take my card, wouldn't refund the money, and called the card "garbage" (her words). What poor customer service. And what a way to lose a customer. UPDATE: first, I did call the number you provided this morning, pressed "5" for management, and no one was available - I was told I would receive a text. I did not receive any text. I just called again - same response and no text. Moreover, I did not curse or create a scene at the store - I was just understandably annoyed when I was told that YOUR CARD that I paid for was "garbage". Finally, your argumentative answer to my review proves my point that "customer service" is not your priority.

I've been a loyal customer of fluff and fold going on 4 years now ... the staff are great caring and wonderful... pre pandemic they were with professional touch clean and sanitary now during and post pandemic they have stepped up there game and are even more safety conscious and geared towards Safe clean and pleasant environment they are 5 Stars in my book the machines are a little higher priced to wash and dry but anyday of the week ill pay that toll to know I can clean my clothing in an environment that's 110% spot on in a age where germ warfare is wining over ...i highly recommend fluff and fold to all .. 5 stars
