To the owner, they locked it 14 minutes early and you lost business. They could have said in and out because we knew exactly where and what we needed. The man at the front had AirPods in and didn't care.
If your hours are 9:40, that's fine, but change them to 9:40 if online it says 10. Employees should expect to be there until the closing hours.

I recently visited this Family Dollar location, and I must say that my experience was marred by the behavior of one of the employees by the name Noel. It's unfortunate to have encountered such unprofessionalism. During my visit, I encountered this employee who was not only rude but also made racially insensitive comments. This behavior was completely unacceptable and tarnished my impression of the store. I believe that every customer should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background. I hope that the management at this Family Dollar takes this issue seriously and addresses it promptly. It's crucial to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. I would consider returning if I see improvements in the future, but my recent experience was disappointing, to say the least.

We walked in the store at 9:45 instead of being credit we were told that the store is closing at in five minutes. Five minutes later at the register we were told again that they are closing. I asked if they’re closed and they want us to leave and the female cashier gave me an attitude, saying, condescendingly I am ringing you up. Her attitude as well as the attitude of the other male store. Assistant was so nasty. I just left whatever I wanted to purchase and left the store.

Store very organized since new manager noel been there she's always very friendly and helps you if need it.

Says online it closes at 10, I drive here and the kid has the door locked counting the register at 9:40. Super inconvenient. The sign on the door says 10pm close also.

Never answers the phone. If youre a Fsmily Dollar delivery driver, good luck this place i as small as gucl and they apparently dont get up early.

I left clothes for my son in New York we were there for the weekend and I picked up everything I needed for a reasonable price it was a little messy but everyone was really nice

I do not come here alot, I've never had a bad experience until today. 3 employees behind the register talking amongst themselves. I went to a register and the man said I'm closed, then proceeds to tell the other employee that customers never pay attention to signs. I am not one to shut my mouth, I informed him he is rude and there are no signs on either register staying they are closed. Ill stick to a different store from now on.
