I don’t understand why you have your pharmacy team start their shifts at 10am when your pharmacy opens at 10am on Saturdays? Doesn’t make sense that you would make your customers wait rather than have your team come in 15-30 minutes earlier. I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced because you want to save money on your labor.

How I wish we could give zero stars. The pharmacy is the worst! Always a horrific wait, always horribly miserable employees and terrible prices. Please go out of business so a better company can move in!

The evening and night cashiers are very rude and unfriendly. Especially the tall guy with the dark hair. This store needs entire new staff.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Jessica the pharmacist is one of the most uncompassionate health care professionals / customer service people I've ever met. I'm in my third trimester and she almost brought me to tears, twice, by being so nasty and uncompassionate. You can tell the other employees are overly stressed because of her as well - I switched to ShopRite pharmacy - like night and day. DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!

Incompetent and discourteous service by Ms Lopez RPH. Dr called script into CVS mid morning , with details left on pharmacy’s voicemail. By 2 pm CVS app and store voice prompt stated no orders in house. Dr called again at 2 pm. Made trip to store just after 2pm resulting in wrong antibiotic dispensed. Turns out the RPH nor staff neglected to get correct script off voicemail. Too busy to listen to voicemail for up to minute info. (Potentially dangerous practice).When I asked whether I should go home & come back,or wait, RPH angrily “I told you to wait ..,we can only do one thing at a time”.

Horrible. Waiting at the drive they for 25 minutes and the first car is still there. In the drive thru because I’m sick. Horrible horrible customer service.

I removed my last review about cleanliness because of how old it was and then I walk into the bathroom to see this... there was feces all over behind the toilet. Worst part. This photo was taken 5 minutes after opening. So they can't blame it on the customers before me.
