I had to switch my pharmacy from Rite Aid to CVS in Waretown. Wow....my move has been flawless and stressless. I have dealt with Heather. Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and a very nice young lady. If all the staff is like her I will be customer for life. Top notch phone system and call back system. I just wanted to acknowledge Heather and the Waretown CVS team. 5 star service. Sincerely Mark and Kathy.

Went in today to ask the Pharmacist which eye drops would be best for me as i believe i may have pink eye. The pharmacist was on the phone and another woman was there. The pharmacist did not want to be bothered, she told the other girl to tell me to go to a doctor without even turning her head to look at me, she was very nasty and unhelpfull. IS THIS THE KIND OF PHARMACIST WE HAVE IN OUR AREA??? CAN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION?? REALLY?? I am a manager of a retail store and would never, ever treat someone like this.I will be calling corporate. A pharmacist should not act like that.

I don’t understand why you have your pharmacy team start their shifts at 10am when your pharmacy opens at 10am on Saturdays? Doesn’t make sense that you would make your customers wait rather than have your team come in 15-30 minutes earlier. I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced because you want to save money on your labor.

How I wish we could give zero stars. The pharmacy is the worst! Always a horrific wait, always horribly miserable employees and terrible prices. Please go out of business so a better company can move in!
