Waited two hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. Absolutely unacceptable to waste people's time. Costco cannot use free tire rotation as a selling point.

2nd time buying tires here. You order your size online and more than likely you’ll get a call a few days later saying the tires are in, early, and asking if you’d like to move your appointment up from the date scheduled online at time of original tire purchase. Work is done professionally and within 1.5 hours of drop off. Price includes installation, new valve stems, nitrogen fill and balancing; plus disposal of old tires. No one matches that, not even Tire Rack.

While the price of tires might be a deal, the service is awful. Had an appointment, two hours later I'm still waiting.

I arrived 15 min early for a 11am appt as suggested. My pickup wasn't done until 2pm. I expected maybe 1 1/2 hours, but I feel 3 hours was excessive. The tire tech did a great job and the price was right. I've bought many sets of tires there, but never had to wait so long.

Worst Costco experience! The checkout lady missed one item on the bottom of the cart, I didn't realize that because 1. I don't work there, not my job, Also, I was very excited about the new roast beef sandwich and went to order one right after the checkout. The gentleman at the door found out the missed item, notified Gina the supervisor and Gina took my card to process the missing item. This should be a simple solution, but, she never came back with my card. Like 10 minutes later, some other worker told me to move out of her way, I had three cases of drinks on the cart, plus other things and pinned to the wall by the door. You are not trying to help me by telling me to move. They missed an item in my cart, took my credit card and have me stuck against a wall. Nobody apologized. They just keep pushing me around. Meanwhile Gina never came back with my card. So I had to leave my daughter and go find her. I found her chit chatting with the customer service cashier. One transaction really should not take long, there was NO ONE on line. I then asked her what's taking so long, she said "sorry, she's doin it!" No Gina, she wasn't doing that because you were chatting with her, otherwise it would have been done after 5 minutes! Then I really don't want to wait any longer for her incompetence because I can get the Coke Zero from anywhere. So I told her to keep the item, so I can move on with my day. Gina then threw the receipt at me, and I asked for my card back, Gina said, "she's giving it to you! " no Gina, she wasn't giving it to me, otherwise I would not have to ask for it. Gina then angrily yanked the item out of the cart like how a mother takes the child's toy away when the kid is on time out. Gina does verbal irony fairly well because her attitude was clearly not sorry! This is the behavior of a Costco supervisor?!?! Note to Gina, this is not the 1980s, and you are not Snooki from the Jersey Shore. I don't need your "sorrys" because you are a Costco worker, I need you to do your job! Your cashier made the mistake, hurry up and fix it, stop giving me excuses. I'm not here for your drama. You need lots of training on how to service your customer! Note to Costco: please train your supervisors! Costco does not have the best prices, but I enjoy shopping here because of the quality of the service. I don't mind spending more money on things here because of the good experience. Please don't ruin that for me and don't ruin your good reputation. Roast beef is very dry.

Always there when I need stuff for a big party. We love especially the ribs, shrimp and salmon with crabmeat. Awesome!

I have been here at least 6 times over the years for new tires / rotations, and always been pleased - I drop off car / shop/ car is ready. So my 4-stars takes that into account. But today for some reason no one seems to be working ( I can walk over to the work bay and either no one or one person is there when I check) and my car has been in the bay for two hours. Good price, but time is money and this is taking a lot of time. Done shopping an hour ago and now sitting in Costco furniture section reading the news.

I Came in thinking I needed new tires, but before we went through with the purchase, Keon, Christopher and Zach helped discovered that in reality I didn’t need them. instead directed me to exhaust all options before going down the route of buying ones. I am beyond appreciative that they were honest and didn’t pressure me for the sale. When the time comes for a new set of tires I will come back here for them.

Costco is good for buying food in bulk snacks water etc. Tires are not their Forte. I bought tires there about 1 1/2 yr ago. My tire sensors kept going off saying there was low air. Didn't realize Costco put Nitrogen in tire which kept tripping the sensor. Finally I went to have it looked at. I was finally given a 6:30pm appointment. They were short staffed. I had to go to work bay to get someone to check in. I gave them the keys and went inside I walked to the lot nest repair center and saw my car still sitting there after 45 minutes. I walked around the area to a couple of shops to kill time came back half hour later and car was still not looked at. So I sat in waiting area sniffing smell of tires on display. Finally got my car in service area and later a tech came out and told me there were multiple holes in tire. Turns out that wasn't my tire. Tech apologized and showed me my tire was fine. They put tire back in rim then on car adjusted the sensor and finally after 2 1/2 hours I was in my way home.

Costco is a great place, but the tire center is really not. Terrible customer service and very rude staff. Ordered and paid for 4 tires and was told to call during the week to check on the status and schedule an appointment, which I did, and when I showed up to the appointment they didn't have the tires. The staff person tried to blame me for not remembering the name of the person who scheduled my appointment!! I had to get a refund and go to Mavis, which had the tires in stock and cost less, believe it or not, and still offered the free alignments!

***** Don't even bother ***** the guy at the front is always cool... prices are ok.. but the old guy working the bay has a terrible attitude. Balance was off on my car (heavy shaking at 60mph) Took 2 hours for them to tell me "nothing was wrong".. literally sat there and said nothing after the 1st hour mark. Nothing after 1.5... then checked the bays... no car.... So i asked... itnwas finished. The poor guy at the front was so busy, and no one would help him.I guess it was finished for a while? The kicker is... when I went to grab my car... it was parked by the Amazon trucks!!! Saw the old guy working... i hate to assume... but with oast interaction... i can guarantee who did this. What a terrible spiteful attitude for a patient and calm customer. Never again. This place is useless and mismanaged. It's a terrible representation of Costco! Just look at the other reviews!

a bit of a wait sometimes however you can`t beat the value. Basically, they install 4 tires for the best price around and on top of it you get free tire rotation and balancing for the next 60k miles.
