Worst Costco experience! The checkout lady missed one item on the bottom of the cart, I didn't realize that because 1. I don't work there, not my job, Also, I was very excited about the new roast beef sandwich and went to order one right after the checkout. The gentleman at the door found out the missed item, notified Gina the supervisor and Gina took my card to process the missing item. This should be a simple solution, but, she never came back with my card. Like 10 minutes later, some other worker told me to move out of her way, I had three cases of drinks on the cart, plus other things and pinned to the wall by the door. You are not trying to help me by telling me to move. They missed an item in my cart, took my credit card and have me stuck against a wall. Nobody apologized. They just keep pushing me around. Meanwhile Gina never came back with my card. So I had to leave my daughter and go find her. I found her chit chatting with the customer service cashier. One transaction really should not take long, there was NO ONE on line. I then asked her what's taking so long, she said "sorry, she's doin it!" No Gina, she wasn't doing that because you were chatting with her, otherwise it would have been done after 5 minutes! Then I really don't want to wait any longer for her incompetence because I can get the Coke Zero from anywhere. So I told her to keep the item, so I can move on with my day. Gina then threw the receipt at me, and I asked for my card back, Gina said, "she's giving it to you! " no Gina, she wasn't giving it to me, otherwise I would not have to ask for it. Gina then angrily yanked the item out of the cart like how a mother takes the child's toy away when the kid is on time out. Gina does verbal irony fairly well because her attitude was clearly not sorry! This is the behavior of a Costco supervisor?!?! Note to Gina, this is not the 1980s, and you are not Snooki from the Jersey Shore. I don't need your "sorrys" because you are a Costco worker, I need you to do your job! Your cashier made the mistake, hurry up and fix it, stop giving me excuses. I'm not here for your drama. You need lots of training on how to service your customer! Note to Costco: please train your supervisors! Costco does not have the best prices, but I enjoy shopping here because of the quality of the service. I don't mind spending more money on things here because of the good experience. Please don't ruin that for me and don't ruin your good reputation. Roast beef is very dry.

Always there when I need stuff for a big party. We love especially the ribs, shrimp and salmon with crabmeat. Awesome!

Price is always right forever according to the ceo. $1.50 hotdog & soda. We order pizzas on the phone then pick them up $10 per pie either plain or pepperoni. Big pie too. $2.50 Sundae Deal of the century and my kids always love going to Costco because of this.

This place is a disgrace the optical department has a line that’s almost out the door hire more people been waiting on the line for over an hour to pick up an order. And to top it all off no one answers the phone gets back to you. Not what one would expect from a Costco.

4-23-22 1:30PM Came here with my sister as she was in need of a new hibiscus tree. Her one from last season has been in the house all winter and it needs a friend lol. Once you enter the door there is the plants inside the front doors. Tons of plants and trees you would think you were at a nursery. Than we go in the store and she gets a couple of other items. It looks a lot different than my store in South Florida. This one noticeably had the plants which were extreme as well as outdoor play equipment. I forgot about those days when you relished the couple of months when you can use these things outdoors. My sister was happy with the tree we picked out. In fact after I went home she went back looking for another one but they were all gone. That's how it works at Costco no matter what the location when you see it grab it because it will be gone.

Costco has the best selection of food and almost anything you can want the staff is very helpful and kind I consider them Family because I'm there almost every day I'm sorry to hear about the passing of cherry and Daniela best regards to my Costco family God bless

Today I went to Costco picked up a fresh piece of Salmon with some other things when I got in the car my husband asked what is that smell. After having Covid I have a bad sense of smell. I took it home cut it into 7 pieces to freeze felt a bit slimy. Later that night my daughter opened the freezer and said what is that smell. I guess I will take the 30 dollar lose. Thanks Costco. Very disappointed

I stopped in to get a few things……was very hungry…….I got a slice of pizza….::pepperoni with a Diet Coke……,,Anna was very helpful and very outgoing……..You people are be lucky to have her as an employee

I Love this Costco. So much nicer than the Hazlet store I used to shop in when I lived in monmouth county.The employees are polite and helpful and the store is well stocked. They have lots of organic products, good selection of organic fruits and vegetables and I found tofu there the other day. I do wish they sold alcohol though.

I arrived just minutes before closing in the Auto Department Thursday nite. There were still cars that were needing service causing the employees to stay very late. Christopher was extremely kind and accomodating understanding my need to replace a torn tire right away. He checked stock to be sure he had the tire I needed. He assured me he would replace my tire but it would be much later. Sure enough, he phoned me just after 10PM, my car was ready to be picked up. Thank you Christopher for your dedication and professionalism! I am most appreciative.
