Our Porsche Cayman has been serviced at Bodymotiom since 2018. It was with Bodymotion for a 60,000 mile service which was completed August 7, 2024. When the car was released, the odometer was at 57,961.
The scope of work at Bodymotion included a manual transmission fluid exchange, oil change and inspection.
Less than 100 miles later, the car began to experience a leak of manual transmission fluid.
A subsequent inspection showed that there was a leak from the transmission drain plug and the oil filter cap was leaking. Pictures of the leak are attached. The inspection also found that there was a pre-existing axle leak which was not noted on the 60,000 mile service.
We raised this issue with Ace, who we have worked with since 2018. Within minutes, and without so much as a phone call, he denied responsibility despite being provided with all documentation. He also denied that Bodymotion did an oil change, despite the fact that Bodymotion put in a new sticker signifying an oil change had been completed.

I bring my car there for alignments, they’re willing to do custom specs, and will talk about what works best for your car. Staff is very nice and their alignment work is near perfect. Would highly recommend

I can not say enough good things about Bodymotion and in particular about Mike and Anthony. I had been told by a dealer that the engine block on my 911 was cracked and that I would require a new engine for about $48K and several months. Mike and Anthony took the time and used their expertise to find out what was really going on and it turned out to be much simpler and in total be an $1,800 repair. Their passion and expertise with the cars is unmatched and I would not go anywhere else. I strongly recommend going straight to Bodymotion or at least get a 2nd opinion here, it could save you a lot of money and time. Thanks again to the entire team!
