I bought over $300 worth of merchandise in this store yesterday and forgot I had a coupon for 15% off of my entire purchase. I called the store today and asked if I could bring my receipt, credit card and coupon in today to get a credit of the 15% and was told no. I think this policy is absurd. I’m thinking of returning all of the merchandise and never shopping here again to prove a point. Treat your customers better!

I drove out of my way 30 minutes to go to this store and the two women I spoke to were fantastic. Can't say the same about the brick store, could use a little help in the customer service department. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to this store. I love my yellow lounge chairs!Thank you ladies!

So I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to write about this particular experience I had at this store because it was a scary one. So about a week ago I went to this store to purchase some Christmas ornaments with my son, this employee called Ted was going around putting stuff back on the shelves, he was looking at customers like they were the devil. After a few minutes of looking around my son picked something up from the shelf to show me and didn’t put back exactly where is was suppose to go, he placed in the next shelf over, anyway, Ted grabbed the item with all force like he wanted us to see how angry he was and placed in the right spot with so much anger that my son was scared by his demeanor. I apologized and moved on. A few minutes after that, someone else had left a Christmas tree thing on the floor , or something like that, instead of putting back on the stand I guess and the same employee Ted , picked it up and literally yelled for everyone to hear, WHAT A BUNCH OF PIGS!!!! Myself and everyone one around were mortified , thank God the person that did it was there anymore I don't think because it would’ve been some exchange of words or worse, a first fight. Anyway, as I was leaving I asked the cashier to speak to the manager and come to find out he was the manager. Now I get that people can get on your nerves, but this man was out of control , based on his demeanor, he was ready to lose it, he should not be working with people, period! He lacks any empathy or work ethic, not to say you can’t think it but you should never, ever call customers pigs , customer pay your salary and keep the lights on !!! Especially being the manager!!! What kind of example are you ? I will never , ever come back to this store!!!! Target , Amazon, home goods has the same stuff and a much better experience!!!

What a fun store. It has everything. It's like Marshalls in steroids. I think they have 5 isles of just pillows. And carpets, tons of really nice holiday items. Very friendly service
