I purchased a new 37' Grady White 370 Express from This dealer in 2021. They had the boat shipped to a MarineMax near my home in Florida. The boat has been a great boat so far. However, like any good boat, there were a few issues that popped up during the warranty and afterward as well. This is where Marinemax Ocean view dealership shines. They handled all warranty items through their store even though the boat is in Florida. I worked through my salesman Mike, and Wendy in their warranty department who is very knowledgeable and detailed. She advocated for me, the customer. As a result the boat and engine manufacturer covered items that were past the warranty period. Great Boat Dealership! I would definitely buy from them again.

This place sells boats for hundreds of thousands of dollars and pays its hardest workers who get your boats ready for summer/winter - $15 an hour. Take your business to somewhere that actually serves its community instead of exploiting them for their labor.

Boats were tough to come by due to the pandemic. I worked with salesman Mike H., ordered and delivered the perfect boat to my specs, enjoyed every minute of the transaction. Mike kept me posted as to production progression, answered all questions and text promptly, arranged and oversaw installation of my trolling motor as an extra service - 5⭐️

Stopped in and did some shopping in parts store. Met salesman Al W and he could not have been nicer to us. Spent an hour with me talking boats/experiences and gave some great pointers for my Boston Whaler that I purchased from another MarineMax dealer years ago. If you're shopping for a boat, see Al he knows his stuff and is one of the most pleasant salesman I've ever met!

Terrible! At the end of last season I asked them to replace my water pump. They replaced it AND my thermostat that I told them I had already replaced. They didn't care. Charged me anyway.Last week I asked them to order me a new ignition switch. Called today because I had not heard anything and they told me that I would need to bring the boat in because they have to get more info. THEY HAVE THE BOAT!!!Can't leave a no star rating
