“Lots of gear. Mostly CrossFit stuff, but still lots of things you can do in traditional lifting. $12 daily rate. I only went when I was on vacation, but I would definitely recommend this place if you’re doing the same. If you like CrossFit, this looks like a great place as it was constantly flowing wig people.”

“I dropped in twice last week while my family was in Avalon for Easter weekend. As I am still somewhat new to CF, Rachel was extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable at a new box and sent me the WOD for the day I was attending so I knew what to expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and encouraging coach and instructor. The members were also very welcoming and nice, and had no hesitation including me, as I also attended a partner workout. I will definitely be back when my family goes back to Avalon this summer for vacation.”
