I love the shop owner and her staff. They are always friendly and very helpful. Have gotten some good deals in the past on Steiff Collectibles. I highly recommend this shopping experience in Ocean Grove! A real treasure!

My family and I frequent this store every time we come to ocean grove. The service is usually very friendly. Today not so. A family friend was with us and had just said how happy she was to see they were open and that usually when she drives passed during the day they are closed whenever she is in the area. The woman rudely replied “We’ve been open since May” she then said how she loves to come here and the woman just dismissed her. Our family friend still ended up spending $62. Not sure if we caught her on a bad day but no need for the responses she was giving us. Overall very rude, we’ve been coming for years and have a very good experience with the owner Terry. After our experience today it is unlikely we will return.

I love this store, it is so cute, like going into my grandmother’s attic. I love the scone mixes and jams they sell as well as the beautiful Ocean Grove souvenirs. A must-visit whenever I’m in Ocean Grove!!!

When we visited Ocean Grove last year for Bridgefest, this store was in the process of renovations. Terri the proprietor of this wonderful quaint shop was actually doing quite a bit of the work herself. Unfortunately her husband passed away after a long illness over a year ago. Terri during this time did not allow her personal life to interfere with her professional life. Have visited this shop every year since I've been going to Ocean Grove, several years now. Terri is always pleasant and helpful. I have purchased several lovely items over the years. My nautical lace curtains adorn my dining room window & have received many compliments over the years. High quality. They have held up quite well. We will be down in June for Bridgefest. Hoping store is up and running. Always a pleasure to visit Terri. She is a wonderful asset to the community! Every visit to Ocean Grove I always go to Gingerbreads. From beautiful things for my house to blown glass hand painted ornaments for my Christmas tree, I always leave with something special! If you're in a the area, visit Gingerbreads!

Gingerbread's is a feast to the eye and nourishes the soul for those who are drawn to "Somewhere in Time". My Ocean Grove home's charm is filled with treasures from Gingerbread's.......lace curtains/scarves, pictures, shelves, teas/tea pots, bedspread....and so much more. The proprietor, Terri, has been a great help in furnishing my home, as well as just the right gift for a special friend. Her soothing smile and genuine concern for her customer's well being and satisfaction. The treasures in Gingerbread's are eye candy for me and I am always happier when I leave than when I entered. Gingerbread's represents the best of Ocean Grove.
