“I moved my mortgage over to Ocean First more decades ago than I am willing to admit. That being said, I have stayed for the personal care I have received. The mortgage department in Point Pleasant was truly awesome! While there have been too many representative that have provided exemplary service I want to point out that Donna Cook, Karen Willis and a wonderful man whose name escapes me (mature, friendly caring darker skinned gentleman (please forgive me I truly love and appreciate your steadfast care & service over the years. You bring a smile every time)) have always taken "care" of my needs with professionalism and kindness. It's the people you deal with on a routine basis are the ones that make up the fabric of our lives and for their years of service I am truly grateful!!!”
“I can’t begin to say how appreciative I am of the Little Silver, NJ Kearny Bank.I have a challenge I was born with ~ Dyscalculia ~ which makes any kind of banking or related record-keeping impossible for me understand easily. Thus, I take extra time, have to have things repeated, etc.The whole staff was so kind! And, Lauren, the Assistant Manager, and Pat, the Bank Manager, were both exceptionally competent, patient, and efficient. “I just sent an extra $100 at the drive through and Katie caught it. This is the best bank. I pulled my business accounts from TD 8 years ago and never looked back. Now I do all my banking @ Manasquan. If you're thinking about pulling your bank account from one of the big banks and not sure because you think you need to have a national chain, you don't, You are gonna be so happy with this little bank and wonder why you didn't do it years ago. “I have been a member for years. They are always willing to help with amazing products and customer service. I have had 8 auto loans with them. I ran into financial problems caused by covid. Had to purchase a used car. I was getting interest rates 20 to 25%. United Telech found a program and gave me the loan at 7.5%. I was always a customer but now I am a life long customer. True banking with a credit union that treats you like a person and listens your not just number.”

“What a great bank! My father has been a customer with this branch for over 20 years. Unfortunately he has fallen ill and is no longer able to care for himself. Gloria felt like my only friend in the world and helped me navigate through the process of getting his finances in order. She went above and beyond and made it her personal mission to help as much as she could. Anne and Michael were also very supportive and it was clear the entire team cares about their customers. “My branch is in Highlands, NJ, but I found a charge in my account I didn't recognize, so they wanted to cancel my bank card. This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”

Laura helped us with the process of switching banks, and has been just as helpful (along with the rest of the staff) when we experienced a hacking issue. The staff at the Point Pleasant branch knows their customers by name, and the service they provide is outstanding. We also like how the bank invests in the community-not many banks do that anymore.
