We really enjoyed our time at Zenneth Manor. We stayed in the Loft and found the space to be very nice for us for 4 days. The beds were very comfy, loved the shower head, AC was perfect and the kitchen was nicely supplied. It is one block to the beach and boardwalk and close to several good restaurants. Hillary was very welcoming and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

Zenneth Manor Inn is my new favorite place to stay in Ocean City. The location is perfect; rooms are adorable; and the Inn is charming and super clean. I can't wait to stay here again.

We chose the Zenneth Manor Inn for a long 4th of July weekend and let me tell you …. we were unbelievably impressed! Hillary and Jeff were incredibly warm and welcoming with the nostalgic decor and extremely clean rooms. They are two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.We stayed on the 1st floor and awoke to coffee and danish each morning always accompanied with smiles.Highly recommend this quaint, cozy, and comfortable establishment compared to the over-priced alternatives nearby. And so very close to the boardwalk and all of Ocean City’s attractions. By far, the best hidden gem for a quick getaway or a weeks’ vacation. We had the most wonderful time in Ocean City and at Zenneth Manor Inn. We stayed in the Garret Loft which is a separate space outside of the main building. Separate entrance and away from everyone else which was perfect since we have a toddler. Jeff and Hillary were excellent host. The inns motto is “our beach house is your beach house” and indeed we felt that way. Great location close to beach and restaurants.Nearby activities: Beach, boardwalk and all activities very close.Safety: Felt very safe in Ocean City and the Inn itself.Walkability: Everything we needed was very close.Food & drinks: Food was very nearby and boardwalk.Noteworthy details: A very nice section of the Inn. Which was perfect getaway from home for us and our toddler.

Perfect location for a weekend at the shore! Only one block from the boardwalk and on-site parking is included. Owners were friendly, attentive, and loaned us free beach chairs and towels during our stay. Will definitely come back!

Everything was clean and smelled fresh, room was cute but small. (I should point out we rented the one room described as small on the website) Nice common area /balcony on second floor to relax with a drink outside. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Let us park and use the beach tags even after we checked out Next time in Ocean City we are staying here without thinking twice. Quite a few hotels in OC let service and cleanliness slip in the last few years, this place has not.

The Zenneth never disappoints! A clean, quiet Inn in the heart of OCNJ. Close walking distance to a variety of restaurants, the beach, and all the fun of the boardwalk. A great, family run place. Jeff and Hillary really make their guests feel at home. Off-street parking and use of beach tags are nice perks. I drive 6 hours to NJ and the Zenneth is my “go to” place each time I visit Ocean City.

Just returned from our annual anniversary weekend at the Zenneth Manor. Hillary & Jeff are the most amazing hosts! The Inn is super clean & decorated so beautifully. The rooms are spacious & decorated in a cute beachy theme. Beds are super comfortable! Location is excellent. One block to beach & boardwalk & just a few blocks to shops & restaurants. We always have the best time. So glad I found this place 8 years ago! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else! If you’re planning on visiting OC this is the place to stay.Connie & RichJune 2023

Top notch: clean, comfortable, convenient. Best hosts. This place is so cute. Our room had a retro bathroom & antique fridge, but all working at modern levels. King bed & adequate streaming & good sized screen rounded out a great room. This is downtown OC, so close to everything including 1 block to the boardwalk, plus restaurants, shopping, bike rental, etc. All just steps away.Hillary & Jeff are there when you need them & out of your way when you don't.

This place is an absolute gem! So cute and clean with awesome small touches everywhere. I loved the lounge areas. My room was super comfortable and charming. Hillary was an excellent and friendly host. Extremely close and convenient to everything OC. I’m just sad my trip was so short - I def plan to be back!

We stayed 2 nights in a quaint and cozy room on the 2nd story. Very clean and tidy. Cute balcony area with seating. On-site parking and beach tags were included. Coffee, tea, and cake served in morning. Outdoor shower to wash sand. Owners are responsive and friendly. Only negative was the small bathroom with tiny stand-up shower but by no means a deal-breaker and cleanliness trumps this for us anyway, just something to keep in mind. Overall a great stay for our weekend trip down the shore.

My Husband & I stayed at the quaint Zenneth Manor Inn for a much needed weekend away. It’s in a fantastic location. Only a block away from the beach & so close to many restaurants & shopping areas. We loved how quiet & relaxing it was. It was a perfect weekend. Highly recommend & will probably stay here again next year!
