“Zack was so helpful when I popped in to get a document notarized this morning. He was accommodating in sifting through the document I sent in order to print the correct pages, which I really appreciated! Then he was careful to delete the document right away which had sensitive information on it. Thank you, Zack!
While I was sending the email, I got to witness his charm in handling a sticky situation with a customer who had missing labels due to a third party’s mistake. The customer could have left angry, but instead he left smiling. I bet the customer will ensure the other party gives him the correct labels next time because Zack had made a cartoon for these unfortunately common situations with this particular third party. It was such a nice lighthearted way to explain the policy and why it needed to be followed. Ha ha it made my day. Many people working in customer service become exasperated when there’s a recurring issue such as that, so I was impressed with how he handled it.

“Needed to send a picture to California. Have a hard time wrapping Xmas gifts. Went to this UPS store and was greeted by Gabe. What a pleasant employee! Big smile and explained the wrapping procedure and cost. Had it done in one hour. Above the fair cost and excellent wrapping, Gabe’s personality, warmth, and desire to do a good job was appreciated. I hope the owner knows what a great employee Gabe is.”

“This place on Tilton near the AC Airport is great! The staff is friendly and very accommodating with your needs. Whatever it is....they can pack it and ship it out anywhere in the world! I have had to ship bulky items before and didn't realize that this place can handle it till recently. The great thing is that they can quote you the different shipping prices for various delivery entities such as FedEx, UPS and USPS. One stop shipping!”

The manager also comes and takes customers at the side register, it’s one of the busier locations. Sometimes the PO takes abuse, but you can be sure they will be professional, courteous and will get you the best rate for what you’re trying to ship.”

“I own a business & work a full-time job. I need to ship items for my business often that need to be scanned but I work during the hours the USPS office is open so with having a business account, I signed up for free pick-ups. Free pick-ups I qualify for due to the amount of $ I spend. Lately, due to the Holiday season, USPS has been very busy. My pick-up guy is Hector he called me today to tell me he driving past my pick-up location & asked me if I needed him to pick up any packages even though I didn't put in a request for one. He did that to make sure my packages were getting to my clients for the holiday. He is concerned for my business and USPS delivering on their promise of good service. HECTOR is amazing, that is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He brings back the old days when customer service truly meant something. It turns out I did have 2 packages but I am off today so I was going to take them to the USPS office myself. He saved me a trip and he also helped the USPS dept have a good client like me willing to stay as a customer when shopping price for labels. At times UPS or FedEx may be a little cheaper, but that is rare. However, I am willing to pay more for a label for GREAT customer service. That is due to Hector. Thank you Hector and thank you USPS for hiring such a GREAT EMPLOYEE. Keep him he is a HUGE asset to your company.”
