I love that I didn't have to take time out of packing to go there. Oh, and they leave your lock in the unit and send you the unit number and pass code.”

“I have used Snapbox for almost 2 years. The location is always clean and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Kathy has always gone above and beyond to help me any way she possibly can. Edward is helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone that may ask.
Edit: 5/30/24, spoke with Kathy today about downsizing a unit that I have at a Vineland Snapbox. The owner Craig called me within the hour and was able to accommodate my request. Once again I experienced prompt and pleasant service from both of them.”

English Creek Self Storage was secure and we had no issues. The unit was clean when we started storing our belongings, and we left the unit the way we found it. BHP in EHT, NJ and Fire Road in EHT, NJ.I want to give a big shout out and a 10x review for Doris....she helped me with the Fire Road, EHT, NJ location. Without her help on my side (the customer) with the district manager....things certainly would have been difficult for me as well as my family.
