We paid for the premium photo/video package and found out at the end that there was a problem and it only got 40 seconds out of the entire flight
We had new experiences, 2 the first time and their expressions are gone. Couldn't see from the boat so memories lost
I had even said when the captain was fiddling with it that I didn't think he knew what he was doing and apparently he didn't. Don't offer something you can't do
To make matters worse, instead of just giving SD cards like I've had in the past at other places they take more time waiting to download to your phone
I have a samsung and they can't do that so wanted someone with an iPhone?
No communication about this extra unnecessary step and if so, could have brought my own cheap card
They blamed technology but that's a cop out. They knew it only had seconds on the boat and made zero attempt to try to fix it

Such an awesome time parasailing at Ocean City Parasail. My first time parasailing and it was awesome! I’ve been here a couple times and the crew is great!Definitely a place to visit when you’re in Ocean City NJ.

The crew members was fantastic. They made us very comfortable about going up in the air and they also gave very clear instructions on what you should and shouldn't do. Highly recommended.

A wonderfulExperience. Boat captions Jake and Keegan were wonderfulHosts. Everything was so smooth and safe- my kids love it. Opt for the photography package- they do not disappoint and there is no way to capture pictures like they do. I would highly recommend!!!

Simply the best. Been flying with these fine folks for a few years. If you have any reservations they will put you at ease. Looking for a fun ride and fly then choose OC Parasail. Five stars and more.

We cannot recommend Joel, Spencer and his wife enough! My husband was very nervous going into this experience and they were completely supportive and we ended up loving it! Extremely professional, the boat ride was an added bonus and we even saw some dolphins while we were out there! Our youngest is 5 and she went up with no fear because of them!

Looking forward to going back again! Easy checkin, fast and friendly. The two man crew on our boat knew what they were doing and were efficient and entertaining. We did not feel rushed and felt safe from start to finish. A highlight of our visit to OC.

This was my first time I was parasailing and I was nervous as I was always advised against it by people who thought it was dangerous. Joel (the owner) and Keegan made the experience safe, smooth, and fun. The owner’s wife was kind and reassuring. I was told there hasn’t been an incident in the 29 years they have been here. They are truly the go-to parasailing service in this area. If you are hesitant, you can trust that you are in good hands with them!
