I need a new PCP and can not get an appointment with a Doctor in this Practice for months. I had to go to Urgent Care in Marmora for a respiratory infection and they were great. PA gave me a pamphlet of Drs. names and I can't get one appointment for months. For a Primary Care Physician (mine retired), I want a Dr not a PA.

We are visiting for the summer from Florida and my Grandson had an issue with his ear bleeding. We just wanted the doctor to make sure there was no issue with his eardrum and it was just a cut or irritation inside his ear. Ocean City family practice turned us away because they didn’t accept the insurance and even after we offered to pay out of pocket they still refused to see him. My daughter was distraught and begged for a doctor just to take a quick look. How does a doctor turn away a child in need? Luckily we found Rainbow pediatrics on Route 9 in Clermont. They fit my grandson in that day and the doctor was wonderful, kind and caring. He said the eardrum was in tack and it was just some skin in his ear canal that got pulled off. He prescribed drops to prevent infection. THANKS FOR NOTHING OCEAN CITY FAMILY PRACTICE. We come every summer and I would never waste my time seeking medical help from this office!

I was last to the office in 2020, during covid lockdowns. When recently contacting the office to make an appointment for a wellness visit and a problem visit the staff was not helpful. I never received a call back after speaking with someone to schedule an appointment for a medication refill. I then called a week later to try to schedule these appointments. I was placed on hold for the receptionist to come back to me and tell me that they would not see me. They told me that I needed to be a new patient cuz I haven't been seen in 3 years. I told them I was in the office in 2020 that it hadn't been 3 years. I explained to them that I needed to see a doctor that I wasn't feeling right. They told me they couldn't see me that they have taken on enough patients that they wouldn't be able to see me until 4 months from now. I have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years or so. While on the phone I mentioned that I had seen a different practice. That's when they didn't want to service me at all. Saying that I transferred out. I never once called and asked for medical records of any kind. All I wanted was help, that this doctor's office clearly didn't want to do. They should be ashamed. If only the doctors and the nurse practitioners knew. No one should be denied help in the healthcare field.

Absolutely disgusting: I came in to my appointment, just to find out it wasn’t scheduled (I scheduled it over the phone a week prior). I even looked up the exact time I made that phone call. The receptionist was beyond nasty and kept yelling at me, saying there is no way someone would’ve scheduled me for that day and time. I’m not a liar and I know they are busy, but she kept insisting on me not making a call, even after I showed her my phone call history with that call. She kept yelling at me, so I asked to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor was far from friendly as well. She said there is no way I called and scheduled, because my Dr wasn’t there today. And didn’t even try to find out which one of her receptionists failed to schedule me.At that time, I just had enough of being yelled at, so I said that I’ll look for another primary care Dr and walked away, as she started laughing at my back (“very mature”).Oh, guess who I saw in the office on my way out? - that’s right - my Dr, who I was told wasn’t there. As I turned around and asked the supervisor “isn’t that my Dr, you told me isn’t here today?” - she said “nope, not her”…. WOW! Just WOW!!!! What a disgrace.Gonna miss my Dr- she is a sweetheart, but the office crew is rude, disrespectful and unreliable!I planned my whole day around this appointment and drove all the way from Absecon. If you value your time and have some self-respect - just go somewhere else. I just can’t believe they treat people like that! Everybody is understaffed nowadays, and new employees make mistakes, but at least take responsibility for it, instead of yelling at the patients.

This office is incredibly unprofessional. At my behest, my mother finally called to consult Dr. Raab regarding Covid-19 vaccination. Staff then refused to offer any help and told her "we don't get involved in that, that is the federal governments department." She was then instructed to go online if she has questions about its safety and efficacy.I then called the office and had to explain that it is in fact their job to guide and inform their patients on potentially life saving vaccines and very irresponsible to recommend "googling it," rather than discussing concerns with an actual physician. I was then promised that Dr. Raab would call her ASAP and would be happy to address her concerns... Of course he never called. At a time when people are falling victim to misinformation campaigns, we must rely on our healthcare providers to educate and dispel rumors, this office couldn't care less.

Dr Raab has terrible manners, my husband waited for him for almost 2 hours. When he finally walked in he ask how are you doing my husband told not good I’ve been waiting for almost two hours, his response was I’m doing my best. Maybe he shouldn’t have so many patients. He than grabbed my husband’s chart and said maybe you should find another dr and left the room. That is highly unprofessional and unethical.

Dr Raab has been my family's doctor for a long time. He's very thorough and accommodating to see you asap if you are ill. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Dr Raab is a good doctor. Good bedside manner and knowledgeable. But you may need to wait to see him. He maybe booked solid for weeks. This can be frustrating when you need to see a doctor sooner than later. Make sure to tell receptionist an appointment should not wait if you are very bothered by something.

Waited over an hour and a half for a 10 min appointment. Have since switched doctors. Good doctor, way too long of a wait

Minimum 30 minute wait in the lobby, then another 20-30 minutes once the nurse sees you. Every time. Good doctor but zero respect for people’s time.
