“Amazing customer service!! Mike A. was the only sales associate there at lunch time and was helping me along with 3 other customers. He was so informative and asked questions too make sure I was getting the right mattress for the bed frame that I have at home. He said they can deliver the mattress the following day but I asked if it would be possible to get it delivered Saturday (Labor Day weekend) and to my surprise he said yes that is not a problem. Overall great experience definitely will be shopping here again for when I need another mattress.”

“Kensington is my favorite place to go and buy furniture especially on the weekends. Everyone is happy and very helpful. I can't really call their inventory "furniture" instead I consider them to be like "Masterpieces ", and I love it there ! At Kensington they carefully chose top quality items and it's such a good vibe. Top notch with customer satisfaction ! I'm in my early 30s and have furnished 85% of my home with them. Five years later and all my purchases still look and perform like Day one. The outlet upstairs is like a secret warehouse of surprises and deals. Come by anytime just to look and say hi ! Even the guys who help you load your car for pickups on pickup day are amazing and Big shout out to "AL" too. One day he helped me move something really heavy on a hot summer day and worked magic to make my things fit. Entire staff there go over and beyond and they don't think about it twice. Only one negative to say ...... they have too many good things and it's hard to leave hahaha. Yummy cookies and they know how to decorate ! You better go ! “When we built our home Johnson's made our appliance purchases smooth, even during the time when things were all sold out, and supplies were scarce. Our 1st choices were pursued, & 2nd choices at bay just in case. We got everything we wanted because of the smooth communication with everyone there, & when our wash/dryer became unavailable at the end, they came up with a solution so that we could have them when we moved in.
