DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS STORE!!!! I tried to get the workers names to complain about their service but they covered the name tags on their shirts. Me and my family walked in the store and were given very dirty looks by a more elder women, the younger worker stood by my family and I's side while we looked at hats to buy for fathers day. We were in the store for a grand total of about 3 minutes and ended up leaving without buying anything because the service was so horrible.

Terrible product! Save your money. My daughter bought a sweatshirt, we washed it (in NON bleach- reg detergent) separately before wearing and color came out of it leaving spots on the back. Store wouldn’t take the return.In response to your response, I absolutely did NOT wash with bleach. I never use bleach. The detergent was All free and clear. It never hurts any of my other clothes. I’d say it’s low you don’t stand by your product quality! Stars can be edited if there is quality customer service.

(Reposted because I had the wrong JiLLY’s. Did the respectable thing and deleted my old review)I’ve been coming to OCNJ for 20 years…. Never in my life have I been pulled off the boardwalk and accused of stealing (never been accused of stealing In my life). I walk in, buy my girlfriend a sticker, pay for it then walk out. An hour later, as I was walking back, I find the manager and the cashier who rung me up in the middle of the boards in front of the store approach us, pull the sticker I had just purchased out of my girlfriends hands, and ask us if we paid for it to then hint that we had stollen it. She then tells us we need to go back to the store to check the security footage. After we walk in the manager tells me the security footage is frozen and they’re going to have to “trust us”. They apologize once and that’s it. I’ll never shop here again, I don’t even write reviews on Google to begin with but I had to do it for this one because what they just did is sort of ridiculous. To go even further I had paid for the sticker with cash and threw the receipt out because I didn’t want it after walking out and then the manager told me that this is why you always save your receipts. Thanks for the life lesson!

JiLLy's Candy Factory has the best selection of Squishmallows! My kids absolutely love stopping there for a sweet treat and a unique find in Ocean City!

Always a great shopping experience. The t-shirts and hoodies are the best quality of any place on the boardwalk. I really appreciate the custom work. I had shirts made with a business logo. My son gets all sorts of designs on hats and shirts. At Jilly’s, they spend a lot of time helping to create what we want. As for Jilly’s other businesses, the refillable lemonade cups are worth purchasing. The sugar boost and liquid are needed on hot days. They will also fill with other drinks but to me, the boardwalk is a place for lemonade.

What can I say... Jilly's has been the most awesome shopping spot since FOREVER! ALWAYS has a great variety of merchandise for all ages, friendly staff and atmoshphere that gives real family vacation vibes! Our son's favorite store, especially since the expansion. If you are ever in OCNJ, this is a must stop by place in addition to their arcade and food spots.

Staff is horrible!!! I hate that Jillys is taking over OC boardwalk!! Also way over priced. I prefer any of the other shops. Clothing is horrible quality

I visited this establishment on this past Tuesday afternoon and wasn't treated pleasantly by Edward 2. He was unaware of the merchandise in your store by stating that you only had one type of refrigerator magnets. However, I found many others while browsing your store. In addition, Edward blatantly stated that he didn't know the price of an item that I wanted to purchase. So, he made up a price in his head and tried to overcharge me. When I protested this issue, he tried to convince me that he was right. But, he later found the same item in the store for the actual price of $4.99 which was $2 less than what he tried to charge me. Lastly, Edward never apologized for his mistake.

Got a custom shirt made at one of these stores and generally had a good experience. The person at the counter was helpful and reassured us that their screen printing technology was pretty resistant to cracking, which I thought was nice. The machines definitely looked impressive! The only reason why I'm not giving the experience 5 stars is because it was quite expensive and they charged more per line of text (we created a shirt that had three lines). I dunno, maybe there's some reasoning behind this, but it just felt like an excuse to jack up the price significantly to me.

I went to Jollys t shirt factory with my friends and i bought a little squishy toy. i opened the package right after purchasing the squishy and the lady who just saw me buy it yelled at me for ruining a product and that i had to pay to replace it. I explained to her what happened, and she left me alone after that. They do sell good custom shirts, but so do countless other stores on the boardwalk with same shirt quality. Between the rude staff and the fact that other stores offer the same products, Jillys t shirt factory is with skipping
