Housekeeping service is not every day anymore. Rooms are being slowly renovated to a more updated feel, but the furniture needs to be next. Sofa-bed was not great. But you can't beat the location.

Our room was only cleaned every other day, and I had to go to the lobby to request some applies. When I went to the lobby one time, no one was initially there to help.

We stayed at The Impala Suites! Excellent location! Spacious rooms. Kitchen, living room and balcony! There were 10 of us. Only downside is the bathroom tub and shower. Shower heads very outdated. One room had all the parts for a handheld but no handheld. King room had a handheld but it was very loose. The main shower had was old and dated. Ceiling fans needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping was only there one day out of 4 nights. We did our own trash etc. Broken shade and doorknob. For the price we expected a little more. The room set up was GREAT!!! 3 BEDROOMS and the living room/ dining room.

The room service was unacceptable and not not up to standards for a 4 star hotel. My family goes to Ocean City every year and we will never stay here again

We spent our vacations here now since not going to the Forum , as in every year since they far exceed our expectations for many years now , checking was exceptional with Domingo checking us in , a great Employee , cleanliness of room , friendly staff and the cleaness linens around , wish I could rate it higher ! To improve I would like to see a microwave and coffee offered in morning or a maker in the room

Despite the fact that the motel is older, it was well equipped. Very clean and there were plenty of towels. The front desk could not have been nicer. Domingo, Olivia. Mia were some of the staff that we met while we were there. The pool was supposed to be

Stayed here during 4th of July weekend. I would rate it as okay. The location is great because it’s about a three minute walk to the boardwalk. Very close. However, downside is we were next to the amusement park section so you will hear screaming from the rides and coasters at night, which may disturb your sleep. I could hear them from my room. The pool was nice. There is a deep end which was cool. It is small but not tiny like some motels have. The rooms are very dated and theirs that “old furniture” smell when you walk in, which wasn’t nice. Everything was clean, just old. We received housekeeping 3 times during our stay without even asking which was very nice! I am grateful for receiving that. One thing that was disappointing was that when it came to watching TV, our room had a terrible set up. The tv was placed directly in front of the pull out couch. Our other too beds did not have a tv in front. So this made it difficult to watch TV. It was very small and we couldn’t move it.
I would say to the owner of the hotel that sometimes guests like to watch a little tv before going to bed. Please consider this and make improvements for the guests sake. Other than that, hotel staff was friendly. It was okay. Laundry room is across from the hotel. You get access to the pool at the more pricy Impala hotel but the pool is smaller there! Lol. Those people paid more for their rooms and get a smaller pool. Tsk tsk. Anyway, I would give it a try. Any one planning a stay at Ocean city, beware: this is a DRY ISLAND. No alcohol, which means no Tiki bars anywhere :(
