It's been a while since I purchased my wedding dress from her. She was still located in Somers Point near the PetSmart. I remember coming in for my second fitting. Waiting and waiting...there was another bride to be there waiting on her dress as well. Come to find out whoever was supposed to have our alterations done was literally sitting in the back altering the brides dress that was waiting. She hadn't even done the alterations yet prior to her appointment. Then when it was my turn all the pins in my dress were all falling oit and had to be refitted mind you I wore a 16 at the time and she ordered me a 20 which meant all the beautiful beading on the sheer overlay atbottom of my dress was now going to drag the floor. My wedding was on a Saturday the earlies I could pick my dress up was on Thursday. I had an appointment and whn I got there they were closed. I panicked. Eventually she had some girl show up to meet me with my dress. Which wasn't even at the shop.
I also worked at the PetSmart nearby. Her dog I believe his name was Murphey would get loose from her store and come running loose in PetSmart. He stunk to high heaven. And multiple times had come into the grooming salon asking for someone to bathe the stink off of him but because he was totally matted from never being brushed they had to turn her away because he would need a full shave down and she refused to let them. So the poor dog had to suffer with tight matts pulling on his skin. The owner speaks to you in a nasty condicending tone and is a bigot. Who brings stinky dogs into a store that sells gowns!? I can't believe she is still in business!

I am the owner. I’ve seen the nicest people destroyed by peoples ability to be hurtful toward others.I have supplied every customer in the 15 years I’ve owned this business with the merchandise ordered.

WORST EXPERIENCE - If there were a zero rating, that's what it would be. Walked in with my friend who's the mother of the bride. The owner, Donna, sat knitting and never even lifted her head to greet us. However, her dog crawled out from one of the wedding dresses on display.

What a weird experience. She barely helped. Her dresses were not accessible. She told us "well this isn't a David's Bridal". There was one dressing area with no one assisting with trying on or fitting. On the way out we noticed her dog was in the corner. I told my boyfriend about the experience and he remembers getting fitted for a suit and the same dog stole his shoe and ran away. How professional! This place needs to close! Wow.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! i have never in my life dealt with such an unorganized place in my life!!! the store was in the middle of moving into a new location in Ocean City and we had to wait over 2 hours for the owner to show up after we made almost 3 attempt to track her down between both the new store and the old one in somers point. after waiting 2 hours she finally showed up with her disgusting dog that was jumping all over us and my daughter. the store was a mess nothing what set up there was no heat. after picking out a vest for my dad we went to pay with my debit card and she had no card machine cash only, so i had to bring back the money again since she did not tell us before hand to have the cash handy. After the event my dad tried multiple times to reach her as well as did i on both the store location and her cell phone. i finally got a call back from her the Thursday after the even and she told me the time frames she would be at the shop. again not at all the times listed that she is open. my dad took the vest over today at 1 and she proceeded to tell him he would not be getting his security deposit back. i then called her asking why and she stated its because it was not returned the monday after the event. i then told her that my dad drove over not just monday but also tuesday to try and return it and again no one was there! she proceeded to tell me that unfortunately there is nothing she could do, even tho she knows shes not at the store and does not have staff at the store during her hours listed from 11-4. I work in the wedding/entertainment industry myself and i WILL NEVER refer any of my customers to this establishment.

This store sells high quality dresses from Alfred Angelo, Blush, Marys, Devinci and more. The dresses are high quality and thus so are the prices but the manager is very fair with helping out all customers pockets. The owner keeps around a fluffy and friendly puppy as well. Some people dislike this store simply because they are cheap and dont want to pay much to anything for such nice dresses. And others will not like the store because they order a dress one size but either lose or gain a large amount of weight and find the dress no longer fits. The owner truelly is a good person and has ALOT (im talking decades) of experience in dress's. She is honest in what size and shape fits what styles and such, shes not trying to be rude shes trying to help you find the best thing for you. Please go visit her for your dress needs.

I too, would have given a zero for a review if that was an option. I think the only positive reviews on here, are from the shop owner. For instance, "Donna S" is defintiley the owner....you can google it. Donna is so rude and isn't afraid to offend anyone, even at the cost of their business. I have also seen her put her hand up as if to stop you and tell you not to come any further until you're invited. I have heard her tell people that the shop was limited to the number of people that could be in there at one time, (two people?!!). Terrible experience and awful customer service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. I lost a $350 deposit for an error that Donna made and refused to refund the money. I'm not sure how she's even still in business but please consider shopping elsewhere if you would like a pleasant, drama-free bridal experience. There is something truly wrong.......

Today I went shopping with my friend Katy for a wedding dress. We had a tight budget and even tighter time frame. Dana was accommodating, very pleasant and helpful. We left with a perfect dress that she altered in less than 10 minutes for a reasonable price. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a gown for any special occasion.

Donna and her assistant were so helpful. I was very explicit on what I wanted and she had plenty to choose from. I went into other bridal shops and they had few dresses for my body type. Her shop had many options since I was looking for sleeves. The dress I really likes looked fabulous and she put this undergarment on me that made me look amazing. I felt very comfortable there and she showed me things that fit my budget. I really liked this one dress but ended up getting a lace simple dress being my wedding is a sit down dinner with 25 ppl. However Donna, I loved the mermaid dress it looked so good on and still think of it. I know it needs very few alterations and can buy the floor model but my mom says I don't need such a dress for this type of wedding. However thanks for making me feel beautiful. It was a great experience and I may be in to get that corset thing I loved it.

Had such a bad experience!... I'm not usually the type to write reviews but I don't want anyone to be blindsided like I was... Donna was completely unprofessional once she got her money. Her seamstress did a terrible job on my dress. Looked like a kid had done it. Super sloppy... even with that, I just accepted it. When I got home, the pieces started falling apart n seams started coming undone!!! I go back to show Donna, the store owner, and she says it's not that bad and that she doesn't want to get into the middle of it!.. if it's ur store and she's your seamstress, doesn't that already put u in the middle?!.. after all was said and done, she says to me: "I think u are overreacting for money" (direct words!)... I had to pay twice, once to have my dress messed up and again to have someone else fix it!... it really wouldn't have been so bad had she not taken such a horrible, nasty attitude!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
