CVS should shut down this store. My daughter had to pick up a script for my granddaughter today. The idiot behind the counter did not run her ins cards and charged her full price. My daughter got home and saw a $86 charge. She called the store and the moron on the phone told her to come back. With sick kid on her hip she went back. I own CVS stock and this store should be closed and everyone fired for being lazy and stupid!

My daughter went to pick up a script. Her insurance was not charged. She tried to give the clerk her card and it was refused. When shecalled back after getting home. She was told she had to bring everything back to the store to get the refund. Now we have a screamingchild and crying, frustrated mother because of inept staff. Who charges 86 dollars for a amoxicillin script anyway!. What a ripoff!!!

We are vacationing in Ocean city. Cvs is very reliable to get our meds from home cvs in case they were left behind or needed.

I rarely stop at a CVS and after today this might be the last time. I barely got in as I think the manager was standing at the door waiting to lock up. The hours say 11pm, but she says they can't stay open because they don't have employees. Well after I say I just need a couple things she lets me in and I see 4 employees and no customers and you can't stay open really.We needed to run in and grab some water and Prilosec. Well they said they were out of the water for weeks which I find hard to believe or bad management. Honestly would never stop here unless an emergency.

I live on 17th street a block away from the CVS on 1601 Haven avenue, and I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. After today's experience I'm never setting my foot inside that store. Absolutely disgusting! I only came in to print out 1 picture for Father's Day. Both kiosks weren't working and the cashier told me I have to download it and print it "somehow" . The manager was nearby, so I asked him to help me with the process - he said "you do it yourself from your phone" and walked away, in the middle of me trying to ask where even to start on their website. By the way, the store was dead slow, only couple people walking around. But I guess it's too much trouble to assist the customer or let them finish the sentence. Also, when I asked for the store manager - she is "on vacation" and the store number - "I have no idea". Rude! Disrespectful! Lazy! Just go somewhere else.

We went over to 1601 Haven Ave Ocean City CVS pharmacy to get a few pills and because we aren't a permanent steady customer the bit$$&/ girl tried to punish us by telling us our pills will take 72 hrs to get. Very unprofessiona, and disrespectfu! No urgency whatsoever! Went to Walgreens and was totally over the top satisfied!

No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy!!! Every single time I call I’m on hold for 15+ minutes or they just never answer! It’s very frustrating!

Have had multiple poor experiences with this location in the past. Since I live in town and close by I put up with it but I will no longer be going to their store anymore. The manager (bald guy) yelled at me when I came in to the store at opening a few years ago because: "you're ridiculous. you tried the door 2 min before we open, we open at 7" and then talked about me to another employee while I was still in ear shot. Employees at the front have been nasty and rude multiple times. Being very cold and major attitudes. But the icing on top of the cake, is after having major surgery and having to have multiple prescriptions called in I sat on hold for an hour at a time each time a prescription was called in and either had no one pick up or when the call was finally picked up I was hung up on. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that there's nothing he can do, everyone's trying their hardest, and basically I'm unreasonable for expecting them to fill my prescription faster, which I wasn't even asking them to do!! He then said can't force someone to pick up the phone in the pharmacy and assured me that no one hung up on me. Finally transferred me back to the pharmacy and again sat on an extended hold. When a girl eventually picked up the phone she was short and cold (assuming the manager or employee I spoke to before the manager told them that I was pissed) she was extremely rude. Told her I got a text that I should get my prescription filled somewhere else because they didn't have me prescription. She had an attitude the whole time and snarkily asked if I wanted her to check if it was available somewhere else. Since I was exhausted I asked her to please check. She said nothing and immediately put me on hold and then told Marmora could fill it in 30 min. I told her yes she said "okay" and then proceeded to hang up without saying anything else. Better off getting your prescriptions filled at the CVS in Marmora. The extra 5 min drive is worth it.

Ive called 3 times waited 30 minutes for no answer does anyone who knows how to do their job work here? I was told to call this cvs because they would have my medication in stock and after finally getting answered 45 minutes later was immediately told, within 5 seconds which I assume means the person never actually went to check, that it was “out of stock.” I’ve never received such poor customer service especially from “healthcare professionals” this is absolutely ridiculous and demeaning. I’ve received better service from an understaffed mcdonalds at 2 in the morning, i hope all these people get retrained and learn how to do their jobs.

The pharmacy here is great; however. If you don't get to this store early, what you need will probably be sold out. This is especially true of medical supplies. The pharmacist however are so great and thorough that I can't reasonably give this location anything less then 4 stars

Nice layout in typical CVS style, helpful service, took care of my needs right away!
