As a birthday present my husband got my truck detailed inside and out. Inside looked great (hence the one star). The outside had lines all over it. Notified them and dropped it off again they said they forgot a polish on it, it looked okay when we got it back for a few days and the lines came back. When we reached out again and sent pictures the tech told us we probably had to get it repainted to fix it. So my one year old truck is now ruined on the outside.

Automatic car wash works reasonably well — when it works. Prices are okay but other car washes incl triple foam for the price of a basic wash here.

These guys knock it out of the park every time! Brian the owner is on top of every detail, and Joe who took care of me this past time could not have been more kind and personable. Best of all Joe took my Honda Odyssey minivan and magically gave it back to us in emaculate brand new condition. We have three kids and I’m talking it looks like there has never been a snack had or a muddy clear inside this thing now. The inside is gleaming without a speck of dust anywhere and the outside and wheels are shining. I have ridiculously high standards and I’m overjoyed. My husband and I have been joking that it’s like we upgraded to the new 2024 version! Thank you guys so much!

Went today and sign on wash said closed for maintenance and go to their other location in Marmora. I went there and it said it was closed for maintenance and go to their other location on Ocean City. Pretty stupid.

Best detailing in south jersey as well as best prices can’t beat them did a nice job on my truck I just bought it and could tell the last owner didn’t do a good job on the up keep of the paint car caress brought it right back, job well done ??

Friendly and accommodating on the initial phone call, and the same helpful attitude from each staff member in person despite cold weather and a difficult detailing job. And what a difference--my abused 10 year old minivan looks great!! Carpets restored, ceiling and seat covers immaculate, and every dusty crevice wiped and shined both inside and out. Terrific pricing, too. Whether you are keeping or trading in Car Caress will add value to your car.And with three locations I was able to get an appointment right away.

Premium wash left a spotty residue wax spray all over my car I’m still trying to scrub off weeks later. Not even Dawn dish soap will do it with elbow grease. Looks horrible and have told friends and family to steer clear of this spot

My car has been sitting in the elements for quite some time. My significant other and my son would sometimes use my car and left a lot of debris in the car. In my opinion, the car was disgusting and filthy. I took my car to Car Caress today, and OMG, it looks like a brand new car! Not only is the vehicle spotless, and when I say spotless, I mean, there is not one piece of dust in or on the car! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I could not recommend this place enough.

No soap left in the “foaming soap” cycle. Very disappointed. Spent 10 minutes basically with only high pressure water.I previously had a good experience.

Yesterday when my mom with me went to this location to clean our car through their automatic bay with their $15 platinum wash since our car was extremely dirty the system did a good job cleaning all of the dirt off our car but my only 2 considers they should fix is their airlift doors because it’s so dirty and hard to see in their along with the wash arm part of laserwash needs to be clean since it had dirt on it
