This place doesn’t only need a renovation it needs a complete tear down and rebuild. Outdated, broken furniture, hole in the shower (not to mention a shower head that isn’t adjustable so it only hits your head it’s so high). The bathroom sink is in the room not in the bathroom.Very close to the boardwalk.

It had two beds. Shower looked disgusting. Sink was in the bedroom. They had band-aids and tape on the screens to seal holes. The AC worked good. No elevator, had to climb three flights of stairs. 90% of the time, there was no one at the front desk. Won't go back. The front porch was it's best feature.

I found most of these reviews to be very overdramatic. Our room was clean and our bathroom was fine. There were no holes in the wall and not a single bug (and we looked, trust me) I think the place definitely could use renovations, but overall it was not a bad experience. Close to the boardwalk and very great
