Can't say enough positive comments about Mark Grimes and his colleague Kathleen Gerbasio. They work very well together and I always felt comfortable during the sale of our family home. This was a bittersweet transaction for us and they were on the mark with each step navigating the process with many years of experience, listening and advising along the way. Never pushy but just with that right amount of level headedness which I really appreciate in the team I'm working with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them on either side of the table to represent my interests. They are my "go to" real estate team for So Jersey.

Stay away from this company. Dean Chorin was a complete scam artist. Made promises and blatantly lied. Greed and deception is what he's all about. He took advantage of emotions for a family vacation home and said he would renovate it. We knew we weren't getting face value at the time and he significantly personally profited from the transaction. Six weeks later it sold to a developer who tore it down. We worked with another company who represented Dean as a "contractor" resulting in an ethical violation for sure!

We initially signed up for property alerts in mid-January. Though I wouldn’t describe it as an active search, we were monitoring the listings that were sent to us. In mid-April, we came upon a property of interest and I finally picked up the phone and called Jennifer Dwyer.It didn’t take long for me to realize that the person on the other end of the line felt more like a friend than an agent. From that initial phone call...through the modified searches...to our June closing (and beyond), Jen always managed to make us feel like her top priority.More times than I can count, Jen went above and beyond for us. Whether it was setting up inspections; meeting with a contractor to get a bid; securing our first packages that arrived ahead of schedule (and before closing)...the list goes on and on. With the two questions she often asked me - “How can I help?” and “What can I take off your plate?” - Jen not only made the entire process smooth, but often, pleasant.After her most recent help, I sent her this text:“Boy Jen...did I ever make the BEST decision of my life asking you to help me find a house! Staying currently at 1401 Beaches condominiums.
The ONLY GOOD THING about this location is it is less than 20 feet to the boardwalk. Great location.
No wonder why the contract has a clause “tenant assumes the units condition sight unseen”. The place was far from clean. Sand everywhere. Black tub, and furniture stains. Had to clean the whole thing. Sign in the unit stated to contact the realtor if it is not in order. So I did. He said he would contact the owners and get back to me. 4 DAYS AGO. Also advertised WiFi. The WiFi is centrally located and NOT per unit. My brand new iPhone and my Xbox could not connect and stated the issue is with the router. Please remove WiFi from the listing as it only works OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM IN THE HALLWAY. The pictures in the listing hide all the dirt and dinginess of this unit. The keys we were given to get into the unit after hours did not work and we got locked out and had to wait for someone else living there to let us in. We were not given a parking permit for the numbered spot so I hope our car doesn’t get towed. We booked this from June 1-8 and will be leaving a few days early because of the mess of this condo. The whole thing is in dire need of a renovation. Our specific realtor was of zero help and the “owner” of the unit pretty much told us to pound sand. Stay far away from this condo complex and do not use this Berkshire office on 34th.

If you enjoy lack of communication with your realtor, this is the group to use! We used them to book a rental and have had multiple issues since arriving. We contacted the realtor FOUR DAYS ago who failed to contact us back. The condo we are renting was filthy. We had to spend our first few hours of vacation cleaning the rental. WiFi? What is that nonsense? There's none of that here. In the listing, it states there is WiFi... false advertisement much?
