We will definitely be back! We have looked at other companies to rent from and every year my boyfriend comes back to these guys. This was my first time renting from them, honestly what sold me was the crew. We had a good time riding with them and their customers service was awesome. They go above and beyond whether taking everyone out or chatting with those who stay on the dock, helping recuse the other company’s customers who got suck out on the sand dunes, help saving a little boy. We enjoyed Alex, David ( who shares the same name as my bf lol) and Cole. These guys were a blast. My only complaint is the video that we needed to watch lol can be cut down to 2 mins. The video literally repeats the same thing and the guys also states the same thing before you hit the water. The young ladies up the front can be more pleasant when welcoming customers. All and all we had a great time and we enjoyed our “Pro ride” as the guys would say!

There are many places to rent jet skis but this is our 3rd year in a row coming back. Honestly what sold us as loyal customers were the crew. My family absolutely loves them, I would not trust anyone else to take my kids out. They go above and beyond whether taking everyone out or chatting with those of us who stay on the dock. We LOVE Alex, David and Cole(even is he is a Tennessee Guy and we are a BAMA family❤️). These guys work so hard and make every experience pleasant I really hope their bosses know how incredible they are.

This was my favorite place/activity during my vacation!!! I loved everything about the experience and the deck hands were awesome. I felt safe even with my little one riding as a passenger. I loved it so much I went twice in the weekend that I stayed in OC.

We paid over $150 for a two person jet ski for an hour. It was advertised online as free range of a 4.5 sq mile area to ride. When we got out there, they had us do a practice ride within a small range between buoies. When we asked where else we can go, they said that we had to stay within those four buoies, which was maybe equivalent to an acre. We had fun, but it was definitely false advertised, too much money for what it is, and disappointing. It was dangerous too. I booked a 1 hour jet ski rental for 3 people.When my group arrived, we were not shown the safety and information video. Next, two of our group members were not given life jackets. We were instructed to go down to the dock, and one of the crew members eventually gave them life jackets.Because we did not watch the information video, the crew members said they would give us a safety briefing on the dock. The only information they told us was to stay within the red buoys, and not use the throttle in the no wake zone. We were not given any information about how to operate the watercraft, and my group was uncomfortable, because we were not sure how to drive or operate the watercraft since we were not able to watch the instruction video.Finally, we had trouble operating the watercraft during the practice lap, and the crew members told us we could not have all 3 people on the jet ski at once. So, one of us was tugged back to shore, while the other two members did the practice lap.Our 3rd passenger sat on the dock for the entire hour and was not given a chance to do the jet ski rental at all.I paid for a 1 hour rental for 3 people and only 2/3 of the people were able to participate in the rental.I would NEVER reccomend this jet ski rental, it was extremely unorganized and 1/3 of our group sat on the dock the entire time. This was a waste of time and money and we had an extremely unpleasant experience.

My friends and I had an amazing time on the water yesterday all thanks to Bayview. I greatly appreciate all the workers being there on a holiday, and how they were all very accommodating the entire time. I wish we had time for the hour ride, but half an hour was just as fun, and I can't wait to come back later this summer.

Very disappointed in this place. Considering the fact that the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! My boyfriends first language is Spanish so that’s what I decided to speak to him in, and the girl put him on the spot trying to make him read a sign about refund policy. NOWHERE in this place or website says that you HAVE to speak English to drive a jetski? And once I said I was going to be the passenger on the jetski they still refused to let him drive. He does understand/speak English but can not read it… and how do you embarrass someone and put them on the spot like that. So in New Jersey you can have a drivers license without speaking fluent English but can’t drive a jetski??? RACIST AND DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!

Had a very bad experience today with these guys.Had booked online for an hour, but when we reached, these guys said they have cut down the ski to half an hour due to the choppy sea.We did not receive a call or email. It was an absolute waste of timeWe got our refund and walked out to another shop nearby.Should have been 1 star, but doing 3.

We kept hearing the jet ski supervisors joke and comment about two fellow customers’ weight and laughing about how the customers are going to tip the skis over bec of their weight. One even said he would tip them over on purpose but he couldn’t handle helping someone of that size in the water. Disappointing. *EDIT: the business’ reply to my comment indicated that I overheard fellow visitors making these comments when I clearly specified that these conversations were being held by the business employees (jet ski supervisors). It’s the business’ responsibility to train employees and set standards about how to speak to and about their customers.

Let me start this review by saying that I have spent many summers renting wave runners in Ocean City and was not worried about my ability to use the watercraft on the water.With that said, if I was a novice, I would have been terrified to get on the water. The inept group of high schoolers and college students that helped us get out were not confidence inspiring. The woman who checked us in told us to "be careful" multiple times and insisted that we watch the safety video. However, not five seconds after we had moved to the area where you watch the video did she tell us to go outside and get a life vest.I was shocked at the speed with which were were out on the water. Once at the end of the dock, the kid that checked us in explained no less than 3 times that "this is really dangerous" without any words of guidance or advice. I got the sense that they were just waiting for something bad to happen.Once we were out there, things were fine, although the definitely had too many people out there. We spent lots of time worrying about other riders coming up behind us or stopping short in front of us while the "staff" sat and talked on or near the path where customers are supposed to ride.Worst of all this was about $150/hour. If you are itching to use a wave runner on the bay, this place is probably your best bet. But for my money, I would drive to Marmora and rent some wave runners on the bay.I would love to give a local small business 5 stars but I just cannot in good conscious given the flippant manner in which our safety was treated.

I had a GREAT experience at Bayview! The staff is so kind and friendly on and off the water. I was given lots of directions that helped throughout my experience as a first time driver. This is definitely the place to go for a FUN and good price activity!

We went waverunning yesterday with our family and had an amazing time! The staff was super friendly and they ensured everyone's safety was top priority. Cannot say enough good things about Bayview.
