“Service was great, and I didn’t have to wait to be serviced. Word to the wise: NEVER PROCRASTINATE DURING CHRISTMASTIME! I was worried that the package would not get to its destination on or before Christmas Eve, but this location exceeded my expectations. I shipped my package last Saturday morning, and the package got to its destination today! I know going further, especially around Christmastime, to never wait until the last minute to ship packages and pay a lot in shipping fees, but to me, it was worth it. I appreciate the effort that it took to get my package delivered on time and I will use that location in the future.”

All the employees are professional, they have always gone above & beyond to help me & other customers. I'm a US VETERAN with PTSD, I never had a bad experience in campus copy in 1 1/2 years. I had a book printed out at campus copy, the staff did a phenomenal job ! The prices are fair, the employees are courteous & friendly. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL WITH ME FOR 1 1/2 YEARS ! When I read negative reviews I feel angry because I know the staff at Campus copy are professional, knowledgeable & courteous. “i have rented a lot of mailboxes over the years as i have moved around the country a lot for work and i would have to say that this my experience here was better than most. First off the were quick to respond to my yelp message and once i found their webpage all the info i wanted was easy to find. Also their store has way better hours than i have found anywhere else. I went there that afternoon spoke to an associate got taken care of quickly was explained everything got my box situated. Also they have a great system of scaling up the services you need and what you are charged as your needs or business grows. So you only have to pay for the lowest tier in the beginning and then either keep that low fee or go up to a more expensive one as your services needed grow. In a world of businesses trying to overcharge u for almost everything they can this was a refreshing change. Hopefully this will be just the beginning of a long relationship with this p.o.box provider.”

Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. “I would like to leave a five-star review specifically for Michelle. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves special recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“I wanted to share that i went into UPS in Cherry Hill near Wegmans and I.was pleasantly surprised at the NICE young man [Thursday 5/29 around 6pm don't know his name). He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location. The other young man working there was also very nice and helpful.”
