The reviews really speak for themselves. Was having an issue with my computer and took it in. These guys were awesome. Got it done in a day for me. Very professional and able to explain everything to me in a way I’d understand to. 100% will go to them with any other issues I have and I’d recommend to anyone in need of help with their PC.

I have been using PC Medics for years now. Don’t get ripped off by The Geek squad, Apple, google or Norton’s antivirus anymore! The guys here really nice, trustworthy, knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. I use their anti-virus, pc services, phone repairs, they even helped fix my resume! Thanks for all your great service.

Brought my laptop here after the fan started going bad. They communicated well with me through the process which was quick apart from the wait for a part to ship from overseas. They also suggested an upgrade to the hard drive that I chose to get, and my laptop now runs better than ever. I was planning on replacing it within a year, now I think I can get several more years out of it. They did good work and I'll be going back should I ever need to again

I recently took my laptop to PC Medics towards the end of June. I had never really heard of them outside of Geek Squad. I was really impressed with the customer service and how efficiently they worked on my laptop, kept me informed of what they were able to do and what they couldn't do (because of type of labtop it is). They also asked if I wanted any additional services added to my laptop (Anti SpyWare) which was nice. They also said that if I wanted to upgrade to a newer laptop, need my data transferred over to a new device or anything else that they would be more than willing to help. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent group of very skilled repairmen eager to help in moments of digital distress. Skip the Apple Store (or Amazon) and patronize a bonafide local business - you may just find out you can save yourself the exorbitant costs of constant device turnover while investing your money back into one of the best communities in NJ.
