What a disappointment. My family moved here a little less than a year ago, and it seemed nothing but promising. Soon thereafter, we had extremely disruptive neighbors move in, and we realized that management had absolutely zero care for the residents in their building. We have had multiple issues with our neighbors in the building and have been subjected to listening to our neighbors slam the doors through all hours of the nights, as well as verbally abuse each other and their children. We have contacted the police, who have told us there is nothing that they can do, and to contact the leasing office. Earlier this morning, the issue escalated even further, to the point of them threatening my infant child, and yanking on our door handle. We contacted leasing, who told us that there was nothing that they could do, and if they were in our situation, they would handle it themselves, so we should do the same. This is an absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous response from a company that claims to put the safety of their residence first. That, along with the fact that they do not respond to maintenance requests for apartment upkeep, as well as the roach and mice infestation in every building, allows me to say with confidence that this is no place to live if you want to be in a humane living space, ESPECIALLY if you have a family. The gaslighting of this company is absurd. I am just now learning that we are apparently supposed to have an on site movie theater we are paying for? We have also had to pay late fees for our rent that we submitted prior to the deadline, but because the Parkview system didn’t process the payment until after the deadline, there was “nothing they could do about it” except add it to our bill. Along with the company stating the negative reviews are from people who have never lived here? Funny how far some people will go to keep up a reputation that they don’t deserve. Shameful.

SKIP THIS PLACE!!! Started off promising but it seems management needs improvement, biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness but was being worked on so not worth staying away from the place... At that time. Long STORIES, short. I've killed a plethora of roaches, killed a few mice and so did my cat. Tub is peeling, needs to be redone, three of the closet doors are falling of the hinges and the rug literally comes up and comes OFF when you vacuum ??. I havnt heard from maintenance in months since I've made the report. Neighbors don't know how to close the door like civilized humans, which could happen at ANY moment of the day or night but my biggest issue with that. Leasing office won't help. They don't communicate with the residents so I had no idea what was being done. This morning it escalated to where I Was threatened by my neighbor. Leasing agreement states that those are grounds for immediate eviction. Let's see if THIS time they actually go by the terms on the lease and help out a resident. If you have no problem with mice, roaches, bug, disgusting trash shoots, broken elevators every week, horrible maintenance practices and no faith in the office to help. This place is okAlso, notice how the bad reviews the Parkview account says "we don't have records of your name in our system". crazy how so many people who "don't" live here know the maintenance people by name and have the time to look up random buildings to leave reviews....

About a month ago I was glorifying how responsive everyone has been… a month later a lot has changed!!!! Mice EVERYWHERE Roaches EVERYWHERE!!! RUNNNNNNNN This is False Advertisement! This is where you don’t want to be! It is disgusting here and ready to get out of my contract!!!! It’s very uncomfortable being in this apartment weird people walking around staring at you. Elevator is always messed up it’s really embarrassing when having family and friends over them seeing mouse traps all over the house. Exterminator comes on Wednesdays and expected my house all he did was put traps down which I did on my own and that’s it they really don’t do anything and put liquid gel in the cabinets for roaches and still have them. I have to put my food in ziplock bags just to keep them out and spray peppermint everyday just to keep them away. GET ME OUT OF HERE!!! Laundry room is disgusting OMG food and pet hair in the washers dirty in general nobody cleans up in there just not the place to be especially with kids!!! Nice and roaches is low priority but when they get my hotel bill for not doing their job handling this asap i never lived like this and won’t!!! Seriously RUN!

Jackie was a great agent for us she helped us so much. We had a little issue with our apartment they gave us the wrong size. Just a little miscommunication but she was able to help sort that out without a problem. She was very informative and nice. Definitely recommend working with Jackie for anyone looking to move here.

I have been living here since October 2022. This place is horrible. It’s mice and roachs all in the elevator, in the building. It’s trash everywhere outside. This place will charge you fees without telling you the reason and giving proper notice. The rent is too high. The maintenance men are very lazy and they take forever to come out to fix anything. Their maintenance men steal when people aren’t home. I had this mice issue since I lived in this nasty place. I can not wait to break my lease. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Hate it here. Bugs & vermin everywhere. New & different problem every week. It’s only been 4 weeks here. NEW dishwasher… doesn’t work (still has not been replaced), mouse in the apt, ant infestation, tub clogged, garbage chute overfilled every weekend (to the point where you can’t add your garbage). There’s an amenity charge that’s required & that only includes the gym. The supposed movie theater isn’t done & the pool is an extra charge, the garage is an extra charge. The laundry room has 9 washers, 8 dryers for a building with 9 floors & each floor has 3 hallways. ? Four weeks…

this place is an absolute joke. If you notice all the good reviews, all popped up around the same time on the same date that is the management covering up the poor, disgraceful honest reviews that are put up about the deplorable conditions, not having security there after this week about the rodent issue with the mice, the roaches every day clogs toilets, backing up tubs, backing up with feces and toilet paper with the most poor management for any property that I’ve ever seen premier property which is part of the property management that runs Parkview towers that have cut corners and such wrong ways like dismissing security, plumbers and other issues and the house manager when gets a bad review has her staff put up good reviews just a full future tenants. Please look up all the violations. Please look up all the reviews , this is not a place that you want to live with your kids. They treat their employees with absolute disrespect. The place is absolutely rundown a very good look at the reviews for Premier properties and Parkview towers. It’s all one team and look up the sale of Parkview Towers it’s a disgrace , do not put a review up soon as you move in wait a month to see about the leaks over your windows your clogs the rodents when your air condition doesn’t work your heat doesn’t work and they do nothing for you but just keep running you in circles renters beware even notice will be covered in an hour, but look at the dates it’s all from the staff that are made to do this and another thing that deplorable issues and things that go on in the stairwells

If this is a place you want roaches crawling on you then you want to live here. If you want to have clogged toilets and tubs every day, then you want to live here. There are air conditioning and heating problems with half of the time having no working air conditioning or heat, mice infestation and a lack of leadership in the office. And coming in for an open house and have a tenant come in and throw a bag of dead mice on the floor. I would not recommend anyone living here. Please look through the reviews before moving here. If you sign a lease don't write a review until you lived here at least a month!

Kenny was the friendliest and most professional maintenance man I’ve seen working in the building since I’ve been here. He’s been the only maintenance worker that has repeatedly come by the apartment and fixed the problems we had for almost a year now, in such a short time. He was fired for being too friendly to the tenants which is absurd. Justice for Kenny ??

I’m so sad to hear that Parkview let Kenny the maintenance man go!!! He was the only one who would go outta his way to make sure your work order was met as soon as he possibly could and when he could not he always kept you posted on what was happening if you hadn’t heard from anyone which is actually very unusual in the 2 years I have been a tenant here. I literally had work orders that hadn’t been addressed in months one day I met him on an elevator a few months ago and all my work orders where satisfied were in a timely manner thanks to him. It’s a shame to loose someone who actually cared. Smh ??♀️ but not surprised.
