“When we walked in the store we were under the impression that it was just like buying a used car, and the hassles that come with it. Which, ultimately, they didn’t experience Bernie. A salesmen yes, but I believe this was Bernies calling. He was smoother than ice, built to sell these Rolls-Royce of comforts. A-Slim man, six feet, with a Hugh knowledge of mattresses circulating under his mask. Moreover, he broke us down like first grade, and riding a bike for the first time! Yes we went in thinking, we have a bed in thought and no one can change our minds. LOL, that wasn't the story. After an education in beds 101, we got a super bed that came with a great price. Furthermore, I wish all salesmen acted like Bernie. Totally awesome experience…..5 stars Bernie.”

“Originally, I was helped by Steve. Steve was a great guy and helped me pick out the perfect mattress. But what was the most impressive aspect of my experience with mattress warehouse was a gentleman by the name of Jackson. You see a day or so after I bought the mattress, I had a change of heart and then had a change of heart back to, my original purchase. I know he doesn’t get commission on deals he doesn’t sell. But what this remarkable young man did to save the sale is of a greater significance to me anyway. He was understanding, paid attention to detail and listened to my insanity and did everything he could to getting mmy delivery back on the track. “We found Nehlig’s after unsuccessful visits to large chain furniture stores. Compared to them, this family store was a breath of fresh air. The employees are all family members and are helpful without being pushy. The selection was much better with higher quality furniture. For the kitchen table, chairs and bench we purchased, the price was considerably better than the chain store. Best of all, the delivery time was 2 weeks earlier than we were quoted and it was extremely easy to schedule. Furniture looked even better in our home than in the store. We are looking forward to shopping at Nehlig’s again.”
