Professionalism, character and honesty are three things you won't get from the owner of this place. Talk about a complete toolbag.. don't waste your time

I went in this store for free comic book day with my daughter. After I came from another comic book store and they were closed. I came up on your place. I was happy to see how much inventory you have and I can understand how some are not labeled for which you can probably still haggle or maybe not but that's your business. I'm fine with that if there stuff you can find there you cannot find anywhere else. I even let it slide when I was asking questions and the person in the counter was on her phone and I had to ask the questions several times to get her attention. But what I can't stand is when I went to pay. I was treated like a criminal and you wanted to look at the free comic book along with my daughter. You sir are the only one that inspected free comic book you are supposed to give away. As you look through the free comic books I have and my 8 yr old daughter. I never felt so judged while you are trying justify by saying you do this to everyone. Rather than do this, try and learn from the other comic book store where they either stand in front of the free comic book to ensure they are taking only one or even better, stack the ones that you think people will grab so you can give that out one at a time. I'm sure you already know that your local customers are that one that is keeping your business running for return business. Please take more customer service orientation classes and learn to be better at treating other customers. I recommend reading "Give'em the Pickle!" Book by Bob Farrell" something I learned as a military veteran. Good luck and I hope you do better but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Insanely great place! There was comic and toys and even games. I was blown away at the mixture of new and old toys and comics there were. You could walk out with a handful of new figures and a whole bunch of older ones with the great prices! I will absolutely come back to this place any time I'm in the area or just passing through; I want to support this place as much as possible because not every store gives you the feeling of finding treasure quite like this.Update, I bought Pokemon Red from here. Happy as I can be! Highly recommend

Please don't go! Not the house of Fun!! The house of woke lol. The house of misery ! I walk in the store with my son and the snotty girl with the mask has the audacity to tell me what's up!! No Hello no smile. Covid or the mask she's wearing to cover her face must of traumatized her. None of the figures or toys had prices on them. I picked up a toy gently and placed it down. The guy working their was talking down on me to be careful. I am a collector and have expensive pieces and know how to conduct myself btw. Toy boxes were dusty and dingy. I asked for prices and he called his boss. Overly priced as well as one of the toys was a reissue not the original. So the price point was horrible. Thieves crooks beware! Unprofessional, it's a shame store has a lot of potential. The staff wants to work and give you the bare minimal. I asked for two toys , the response I get is what ever is on the shelf. The guy and girl working are complaining about the being their! Will never return. The masked girl who still thinks is 2020 need to get a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public because she's absolutely MISERABLE!!! I wanted to buy stuff but the stafff rubbed me so wrong! The staff their are LAZY zero work ethic. What ever happened to people who want to work?? I mean they could have been a lot more helpful! Both workers are miserable and are bothered when asking them to do their job!

We been going here for over a year and cant understand how the guy that works there still has a job considering the fact he himself said he hated the job and customers and how he’s just showing up and collecting a paycheck. He’s the opposite of an obnoxious comic book guy. He hates everything about his job, the store, the merch, the videos playing and most of all the customers AND he doesn’t hold back when he’s trama dumping on you about how miserable he is at his job. Then again the owner isn’t much nicer so I don’t expect top notch customer service when we go there.Every single thing we showed even the slightest bit of excitement for he had something negative to say about it. I was excited about the vintage Star Wars and Star Trek. Instead of giving me any kind of information to sell me on buying vintage Mego Dolls. Instead I got a 10 minute lesson on why he hated them. Funkos? You guessed it! He hated them too! When I told him go to cons to meet and get them autographed. He not only hated going to cons but he hated the people we met the most. I got to the point where he was just so insufferable I had to leave the room. We did notice he was slightly less rude to the male customers but still had to let one guy know how much of a PITA it was to climb the ladder to check a price but unfortunately he couldn't let customers climb it themselves. The stuff they sell that does have prices are priced way to high and if it doesn’t have a price on it don’t worry. The guy will look it up on EBay and give you a price based on what people are trying to sell it for online. We decided recently that there’s way more places to check out in NJ to keep going to this place with their atrocious attitudes and customer service. I rather go get belittled by an obnoxious comic book at Secret Stash

I have visited this store on half a dozen or more occasions and it's always mind boggling to see this huge and diverse collection of pop culture for sale , I always find something that I've been looking for.

If the funko pop and spider man selection wasn’t vast I don’t think I would ever step foot in here again. Upon walking in I was greeted to an empty front area. And when I finally locked eyes with someone they walked in the opposite direction. When I finally made it to the funko wall there was an employee reorganizing so to be respectful I gave her space and just skimmed the shelves lightly. I used to work in a retail store and when you’re reorganizing and a customer is looking that’s the BEST time to say “do you need help?” But no I didn’t get that. She didn’t even really reply when I said hi how are you. The store is really cool but the staff leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. Hopefully I can find a better store with similar products soon.
